With privat tax they was amazing but about business and payroll unprofessional and lazy try calling 1000 times and they said everytime they make everything ready and they dont did anything

Terrible service tried calling 1000 times and front desk trasfer calls to the tax filing agents who never pick the call! i think they are very busy with filling wrong tax returns for people! yeah like the same way they messed away my tax return! If you dare to say “oh no you were not or never our customer” i can give my name tax filling details then you can tell either i am your customer from 3 years or not! or even i can post picture of the tax you filled for more confirmation!!

They are absolutely wonderful! Super helpful and professional. I had missed submitting my rrsp tax receipt and they were able to fix it very quickly the next day. Very pleased! Highly recommend !!

It has been truly a nightmare this year to deal with them.I have been filling with them for 6 years and this year they don't seem to appreciate personal Tax customers.Please file with people that value your business as KP does not. They will not return calls or emails even after committing a follow up date.

I am a very satisfied client of KP Accounting for past five years.This is a bunch of highly motivated, well-integrated, hardworking accounting professionals who go an extra mile to serve the client. Even after moving to Ontario, I have continued filing taxes with their help, because they go beyond just filing the taxes. For example, they brought to my attention certain credits available to me in Ontario. I followed up on their tip and now I will be getting a considerable financial benefit. Yes they are nice but only with their new clients. If they say soon gonna give you back call during their working hours or anytime. Trust me you won’t recieve any. I’ve filed tax of this year from them and I’ve recieved less refund than calculated and these guys say we don’t have time to check or call CRA will talk to you in May.That’s KP’s customer service.Don’t know about anyone else. I’ve had a bad service this time.
