Petro-Canada & Car Wash

Not very happy had a wedding on sept 11th. Went through the carwash befor myforere my daughter s wedding.got out in the parking lot of petro buds still on grill soap spray on black side panels of vehile. Back bumper and licence plate it didnt touch it

The staff are always friendly and helpful. We use self-serve gas pumps there. We regularly wash our vehicles in their car wash. PetroCan usually has a promo with 1 or 2 free car wash as a bonus when you purchase 5. You can use their online website to reload car washes too. I find they sometimes have manager deals, on their carwash package. Always grab that one! They have a large snack and beverage selection. They also have a well kept large public bathroom inside. Close to Highway 6 & 11. Have been their customer for decades! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

There used to be water in the squeegee holder, which would be slush or frozen in the winter. They took care of the issue; they just don't put anything at all in there anymore! There's also no paper towels available. Talk about service! If you need gas, sure. If you expect them to go the extra mile, go somewhere else...

Tonight in an act of brilliance as I was attempting to tap my car wash card on the pad I managed to knock my debit card out of my hand and hear it fall down through the rails into the bottom of the track. My daughter hopped out and had a look and confirmed there was no way our hands/arms would be able to fit (safely or otherwise) in the small space between the track and wall to retrieve my card. We agreed that I would go through the car wash and she would go into the store and see if they have a broom handle and tape or some suggestion of how to retrieve my card. As my car was wandering through the wash, I could see my daughter return to the car wash entrance accompanied by the Petro Can employee. By the time I was out of the car wash exit my daughter was walking toward me with my card. I doubled back to extend a sincere thank you to the employee who went out of his way to rescue my debit card. I'm not sure what his name is, but I am a regular at the car wash a few evenings a week and I see always him inside at the register. Thank you, kind sir, for your excellent customer service!

I can confidently say that I will not use Petro Canada again. My husband went through this locations carwash and saw scratches and dents all along his driver side. From the front quarter panel to the rear quarter panel. We went in to report the damage and have been told we'll be contacted the next day each visit. We have made repeated visits because they called us once saying they're reviewing the carwash video but have otherwise not contacted us. A couple visits and numerous calls later (even to corporate) and still no timeline on a response. Guess it was a hard lesson learned.Updated: finally recieved a call to bring down the vehicle to be assessed by the elusive manager. They refuse to accept that their car wash caused the damage even though they were doing maintenance on it right after we submitted our claim. Will never go here again.

It is a great gas station only do not like how bumpy it is to get to the pumps also not a lot of room to leave the pumps after.. Parking lot is tight from the pumps and the store. The handle when pumping for gas does not have a clip to hold it on to continue to pump automatically is missing.. Still will always be my favorite gas station. I would not go anywhere else. Unless it is another Petro.

Did the first drive thru car wash of my life here, I noticed bold lines on the left side mirrors. I went there again to fill up a incident report and they said you should have come the same day. So I asked them at least give me a refund and they said its not possible. I had a horrible experience and will never use a drive thru car wash again.

Has very horrible customer service, I own 2 trucks and used only that location for all my gas.I always have enough points every month for a car wash, still keep a $60 car wash card in the console of both.As a paying customer I asked for them to turn on the air pump for me to but air in my tire before I went on the road, after putting over $100 in fuel. I have done this before maybe once or twice in the past and they would turn it on inside for me when I pulled my viehical up to the compressor for air.This time I'm being told that it can't be turned on inside I have to pay the loonies in order to do that" I proceeded to explain how I only get my gas from there and only there

Tried to get a car wash. Got second in line after 20 minutes only to have the guy shut it down. Rick went in for a refund, won’t issue us one, says come back later. Explain we don’t live here, still won’t give a refund. Offers a free car wash for any Petro then reopens car wash and lets us cut in line. Get in only to have the damn thing shut down with us inside. 10 minutes to get us out. Still won’t do anything for us. Doubt we’ll ever be back here!
