I came to the Waterdown Clinic for osteopathy treatments about a year and a half ago. It's a great clinic and staff are very friendly and helpful.

I was referred to Dr Teri Jaklin for my under active Thyroid four years ago. She has guided me along this path to where I am once again, able to function..I was unwell" with no definitive symptoms for over 5 years and the medical profession kept telling me that it was "in my mind"; I was looking for attention. I've had nothing but great experiences at the clinic, which is why I've returned again and again for 15 years. The atmosphere and staff represent the holistic health field honestly and professionally.

I had some health concerns that I felt were not being addressed through my allopathic practitioners who seem to see normal health" as good enough. My problem was I just wasn't feeling good enough.After asking around trying to come up with a better solution

Terrible experience in hindsight! I have been going to another natural path that loaded me up with too many cleanses etc , only To be loaded up with other more useless expensive actually harmful vitamins that made my condition worse at this place ! Do your research and don't be fooled by very expensive hacks !!

The team at the Waterdown Clinic is kind, professional and accommodating. My needs and questions were met with knowledge and respect. They are collaborative and supportive and they want to help you. I will continue to seek guidance from Dr. Mary and her team!

I just have to say I am appalled by your practitioner and her careless, evasive way of handling a B12 deficiency. Not only does ignoring the warning sign of it being SO low (showing up as critically high in the blood) disrupts your circadian rhythm of sleep which then totally upsets hormones needing to be released to function normally, but the tingle and numbing effect it has on your limbs (which I advised her of) grows exponentially more damaging in time. Blood work indicated mine at 1100 the normal range is between 338 -652 all of which she commented, In school we're taught to NOT even look at it until it's in the 2000 numbers. I AM so grateful to my instincts that allowed me to discover it's impact on my body and the 'simple' solution of focusing on healing gallstones in the liver to bring it back to normal heal my tingles and numbing

I've been a client of Teri Jaklin's for approximately 7 years. The relationship she has developed with me as a client is above and beyond any medical experience I have ever had. I look forward to each visit with her as I know that when I walk in to her office, I will be listened to and spoken to with sincerity. Teri is a completely genuine individual with her medical approach. She takes the time to understand the whole picture of your health, not working only on what ails you currently, but also looking at what has happened in your life that has lead you to where you are. She teaches you how to work towards bettering your mind, body and spirit on a daily basis on your own. I cannot say enough how she has changed my life for the better.

Expensive Bioenergetic testing for food sensitivity was totally biased as the expert" had me view the names of the foods as they were being screened. This would of course alter the results of any "scientific" test. Also continued to send emails asking for feedback after I had unsubscribed from communications with them
