On April 6, 2023, I arrived at 8:15am. There was a line outside with about 18 people ahead of me. At 9:03am I registered at the front desk and at 9:25am I was called to process a passport for my adult daughter. I was done at 10:10am. The security guard, Sergio was extremely helpful. I originally went to the office on March 28, 2023. Sergio asked me a few screening questions that save me from waiting in line for 3 hours unnecessarily. I had completed the wrong form for my daughter. She needed a new passport form not the renewal form that I had with me. He gave me the correct form and advised that I show up early in the morning ideally a Wednesday or Thursday as they were the least busy mornings. Hence why I attended the office on Thursday April 6th. It was a smooth process. The passport arrived on April 20, 2023! Sergio, I appreciate the extraordinary customer service.

They offer everything to make our experience good. Time to waiting is over 3 hours to cross the front door, but to take the SIN number was no more than 15 minutes. I suggest the Service could divide into different lines to different needs it must be better.

It was a Tuesday morning and there were about 20 people in line at 0815 and the center opens at 0830. Security staff directed a smooth queue inside the center. As always, staff in this location had been professional and polite. A staff member advised that it would take 5 weeks to receive their passport. Those who are travelling within that timeframe and need a rushed passport will have to go to a different passport office to apply for their passport. After hearing all the negative response about passport process, I was pleased that my in-person passport renewal took only an hour in this location.

We are here today to renew our passport, came in at 8:30am around 30 people in front of us, and was finished by 9:45am. Lucky today is not too busy, heard usually it takes way longer. Staff is very nice and efficient, very organized let you know the timeline before you lineup.

On February 16, 1023, I arrived at 7:30 am and I was the 2nd in the line up. By 8am there were 15 people in the line. Security staff and office employees were friendly. I got my application done by 9am as the first passport application today. Glad to see things back to normal. Parking was free around the building

Started lining up at 1:10pm and out by 1:52pm for my passport renewal.I am very pleased with the staff onsite here. At the main reception, the man in charge was prompt and straight to the point. He wanted the line to move as fast as possible and that’s all anyone in a lineup ever wants. There were a few people that were missing their passport photos or didn’t fill out an application and the staff member explained concisely but also with a stern voice to tell them to go get it done and return back later so others could be serviced.When it was my turn to speak with him, I took up a minute of his time, taken a seat, waited 20 minutes and was called up for the desk interview/review of the application. A nice young man did the review and everything was done in roughly 5-7 minutes. He advised me it would take roughly 20 business days for it to arrive by mail.They avoid a long line I think it’s best to arrive in the afternoon. At one point while in the waiting room, there was no one in the line up. Also, if you have everything together when you arrive I can’t see why you would be displeased at this Canada Service location. These guys deserve 5 stars just for knowing how to deal with problem customers alone!

Yes, I've been lined up since 9:30 AM to 12:10PM----- more than 2.5 hours to complete the application there.....Why they still got the 5 starts?Cause all the office staffs try hard and manage to help the extremely long line up.. They tell people the estimated time in advance, you can choose stay or come next day based on your own schedule..... And arrange the people line up in in different round of Lines, which make us see the progress and feel the waiting time getting shorter!!! :-) ..... Yes, there are enough computers and spare chairs for seniors and who needs a break...During the 2.5 hours, I watched carefully and found all the stuffs were working hard, none of they even took any break, which is legal and regular in Canada workspace!The long waiting time all due to the high volume of people need help there,,,,,, All the stuffs provided the Best effort to reduce the waiting time, feel none of them waste any extra time....Thanks for your hard work, Service Canada staffs, including clerks and Security persons.....We know you guys try your best to help us figure out what we need ASAP......All you guys deserve 5 starts reviews and appreciation!Best regardsJohn Du

Very rare to have good things to say about public services, but this service centre is a stand out. I was impressed by how quickly they were able to manage queue and process my passport application. All staff were respectful and super well mannered.There will be a line up (I arrived at 8am before the opening time at 8:30), but even without an appt I was able to get serviced at a reasonable time.

This location is the best service Canada I have ever visited!They truly care about customer’s time and need. They showed human kindness, they communicated to me in the best possible way !I was there to submit some documents for an existing application this morning, they helped me greatly!The security Guard on duty ( an older gentleman), The supervisor on duty ( a gentleman, did not catch his name) and the agent ( I think his name is Mark )They all showed their humanity and they are truly wonderful Canadian servant!Thank you very much!Great power does come with great responsibility! All three personals did their absolute best to help me! I will forever grateful and I will also choose this location for other services I need!I hope all other agents are the same.With that supervisor’s guidance, I bet they are all very helpful!Highly recommend!

I don't know how but I seem to have been extremely lucky when I went here. Came here to renew my passport and there was practically no line, just a single other person waiting in the sitting area. Took maybe only 20 minutes of waiting for a walk in compared to hundreds of people saying they waited for hours. The employees were relatively nice and the main woman who took care of the renewal was very nice and got everything all sorted out in basically 10 minutes flat. Took a lot at the required documents, printed some stuff out, signed some things, and it was all done. I was expecting on waiting for at least 2 hours at the minimum and we were probably only in the building for half an hour.The only problem is that it took about 6 months for the passport to actually arrive in the mail. An email inquiry about the status of the passport I sent about 3 months in took over a month to even get a reply! And the reply is that it's processing. Real helpful there. The actual service of the centre was pretty great but the processing time, definitely not so great.
