The UPS Store

I was served today by Ms. Christine Gingras. She did an excellent job of laminating multiple documents. She is kind and very nice to work with. Moreover anytime I pass buy her area with my shopping cart headed home, I see her working hard and she seems quite caring too. This has been happening for months. Thank you very much.

Moving into the Walmart was a very inconvenient move for frequent customers (those who go daily or every other day) to drop off parcels. You have to park far away, carry your packages all the inside to the UPS store, and then the long trek back to your car... It's going to be a hassle when the snow and freezing rain season comes. Also, you no longer have direct access to your mailbox, you have to wait for the attendant to give you your mail: just hope she doesn't have 3 clients before you!

I have to say, Christine, is just a blessing for this place! I believe she is the owner but the amount she will go to help out is beyond!!The best UPS store ever. Extremely RECOMMEND this location!!!

THE BEST OF THE BEST!!!!!! They will give their EVERYTHING to get your parcel delivered perfectly! I sent a very expensive parcel across the globe, and in the process we learned the buyer was attempting to scam me! Christine Gingras, the clerk at this store, took it as personal as her own and gave her everything to get the parcel delivered correctly and avoid me getting scammed, and after LOTS of work and stress, the con artist got served!! Couldn't be any happier about the outcome!!!! The staff is Extremely communicative and friendly, I don't know of any other shipping company who would have worked as hard as this and deal with this stress at the same level as I personally did!!! They held on with my problems for over 3 weeks, and in the end it paid off!!! The staff isn't working only for the money, they are working with a passion to make sure that their clients are 100% satisfied. Seriously, best shipping company I have ever used and if you are shipping something expensive or precious, THE only one to use! A++++++++++!!!!!

They move inside Walmart , right beside customer service,,,I find out myself after 15 minutes trying to find the place, finally a ups truck show up doing some pick ups and he told me the location,,, THANK YOU UPS FOR MAKING IT HARD TO FIND YOU,,, I didn’t see any visible sings of their new location..And apparently I’m not the only one frustrated trying to find this ups store ,, a worker from the ups store inside Walmart told me that she had 3 clients complaining already about this ups store not putting visible signs of moving ANYWHERE TODAYYYY….07/12/2022I will change my rating ,when you (ups store owner ) advertise clearly enough that anyone could be able to see it from of the inside of the car your new location, and also goggle maps.

The staff at this store is excellent. Nancy was able to provide to me customer service that was above and beyond. Even though my situation was a bit frustrating, she was the only one that was able to provide me the honest answer (whether it was positive or not) but then she went out of her way to personally help resolve the issue which is the difference between doing your job" and true customer service.
