Good and spacious rooms. Rooms are new so liked the freshness. Fair rates. Hotel is still under construction on pool side. But they have another hotel 2mins away and you can go for swimming, hot tub and spa in there without any extra cost.

Been coming to this resort" for the last 15 years and I have never been so disappointed as I am this year. Only 1 pool open on the Stone side and yet they only have 6 lounge chairs available at the pool. Go to the Water side and again only 6 lounge chairs available. Hundreds of people stay here

Did not meet our expectations at all.The spa was awful. It needed updated so badly missing tiles in the spa tubs, missing shower controls in the so called Swedish shower. The water falls in the spa didn't work, neither did the lockers. If we had anything valuable we to leave it at the front desk, and to be honest the the people working there weren't the friendliest. We did enjoy the restaurant attached to the hotel the lakeside seafood restaurant. The food and staff were amazing we ate dinner and brunch there. Worth every penny. Our room overlooked the lake which was nice. The room was outdated and needed a fresh paint and maintenance. Our bathtub didn't drain fast enough when we showered either.

There was construction while we were there, so there was a funky smell radiating throughout the resort. Rooms are standard in terms of price and location in the vicinity to Blue Mountain. They provided vouchers for excursions (kayaking and some baskets for the range), which were pretty good value.

Pet friendly resort, charge me $50+tax for my small dog which is ok. But the place have very strange smell in the elevator and there is no lobby, more like a motel. And put extra $200 on my card as deposit (damage deposit?). The air conditioner is old and very noisy.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. The resort is under construction (which we knew before hand, we just wanted to golf)We booked this resort thinking it was a golf resort since its in the name.Booked the play & stay package. We did receive vouchers for 2 rounds of golf with a golf cart.Joke was on us, not on a golf course, when we tried to book a Tee Off Time the gentleman at the Pro Shop literally laughed at us and said they are fully booked for the 3 days that we were there. He then did us a favor" and slipped us in for a 5:24pm tee off time but told us it was for 5:42pm.(he definitely could use some fine tuning in the customer service department)Luckily we were excited to golf and got there at 5:00pm.Unfortunately our game went to 8:35pm when we arrived at the 18th hole and the Marshall came out to call us back in because it was past 8:30pm.First day of arrival we went down the road to Monterra Golf Resort who were more than happy to fit us in for a quick game of 9 holes.Staying at the Livingstone Golf Resort we weren't even able to get one full round of 18 holes in.If your looking for a resort and to golf I strongly suggest staying there. We went for breakfast at the Livingstone Water Resort which is down the street and wish we booked there

I recently had the unfortunate opportunity, and I must say that it was a truly disappointing experience. From the moment I arrived, I encountered numerous issues that made my stay incredibly unpleasant. To make matters worse, they charged an extra service fees. This arrangement was inconvenient and seemed like a cheap attempt to squeeze more money out of guests. It's outrageous to charge for service fees.

I don’t remember the name of the person who helped us out but she was such a nice person. We needed a wine opener and she got us two in case either of them didn’t work and waited till we confirmed it worked! Such small gestures matter when you are out and people go a mile extra to help you out.

I stayed at the hotel recently. There is construction so aware.I had a double queen which was amazing, clean and had usual items like a shower cap, soap and dispensable shampoo and conditioner, Iwish they had slippers. Mini fridge is available, not loaded with snacks or drinks. No microwave, that is on the floor close to elevator doors. Ice machine available.Room was clean so if your looking for a place to lay your head this is a perfect location. Minutes away from blue mountain and location shops including a movie theater, canadian tire, kelseys, etc.Across the street is their sister location, which we were provided vouchers to use like kayaking, a bucket of golf balls. If you need the pool, you have to just show reception your key card and they'll provide an access card. Pool was alright, it was indoor and hot like a sauna, though the pool was cold. There are showers, lockers, and a sauna in the change rooms.Overall, good spot to sleep comfortably. The housekeeping staff are amazing and accommodating.
