Best Vacuums
Popped in today with Dyson stick vac, after spending the morning trying to get the brush to spin again. Was greeted by a lovely, knowledgeable, gentleman- who knew within minutes that the motor was gone in the head. Offered me a used replacement (which saved me well over $100), and off I went. When I went to use it at home, I ran into trouble, gave him a call and he had me come right back, swapped the part and did thorough testing to ensure I was good this time.Excellent service!!

I called to see if someone could come unplug my centravac. Woman on phone very nice. Said she would relay to tech and he would call with availability. Bill Called back promptly and actually walked me thru how to check where plugged first. Very patient and was able to unplug hose, whereas I thought it was in wall. THANKS SO MUCH... Really appreciate it... Martha

Bill arrived with a new vacuum the day after I called him. Response time was super fast, and when he installed the new central vac, he spent time making sure everything was working. I'm very pleased.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone that needs advice on a vacuum or needs a new one. We called Bill regarding our central vac system and he got back to us, took our old motor into his shop to look at it and installed a new central vac in a 2 days. The service is very quick and reliable. The prices are reasonable and he is very knowledgeable and friendly. I will be recommending him to my friends and family.

Called for some information today and these guys were super helpful.Ended up buying a replacement central vac hose kit that was expensive but well worth it.Will be back if I need anything. Sometimes you just need to spend the money to deal with the pros.... these guys are it.

Best Vacuums
Very impressed with the knowledge and service here. I had to replace a vac motor recently and several of my family members have had various vacuum issues over the past years and have had nothing but great results. AND, if it can be fixed they tell you straight-up instead of pushing only new. Like other reviewers note, as well, they don't treat you any different if you only go in for a $5 part. Great local small business!

I like to support local business. But I was not allowed to return my purchase but was offered a store credit. Buyer beware that this store does not offer returns on brand new products. I purchased a brand new replacement Central vaccuum hose. Realized i could fix my old hose and tried to return this. It was not used or unpackaged. Did not notice the No Returns" sign on the wall or I would have not bought it there and instead ordered it from Amazon or gone to a Big Box Store. Not the best business policy as free returns are standard in the business world."
