Tries to open an account here once I had a check to deposit and all my IDs ready. I needed an account because ai just got a job. The guy looked up my sin" and told me I didnt exist said my sin number wasn't right. Later that day I opened an account at CIBC no problem and we laughed at how I "didnt exist""

Useless... you can never rely on them. First of all they close on Sunday & Monday but close on some Saturday’s as well.

Don't bank with credit unions in general. The financial planners here don't know anything and they keep asking each other for help. They are just a mutual fund representative and nothing else. What kind of a bank would ask proof your money?
