I got a hair cut a pretty easy one the lady messed it up so bad it’s not even funny so if you’re considering making yourself look like a clown I heavily suggested this place I wouldn’t wish this atrocity Of a hair cut on my worse enemy. If I could not put a Star I would trust me they don’t deserve it after the monstrosity they gave me

Amazing customer services by all staff. Took my son in last minute without appointment for a perm and cut. The stylist was amazing and made my son feel very comfortable with the 2 hours he was in there. He loves his stylish new hair. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Went to magicuts and asked for my balayage to be toned. I also asked them for a trim. The colour turned out okay. It looks like they tried to do a curly hair cut on my hair…. It was a big fail. :( . They cut my side pieces too small and the shape is wrong. The product they used in my hair made me hair crunchy and dry. One of my biggest problem was that the lady doing my hair did not inform what colour we were doing on my hair until I asked. She was asking all the working in the salon, but me….. I won’t be going back..

worst salon i’ve ever been to. i usually cut my own hair, but i decided to go in to get a TRIM. i had longer hair, just past my collar bones. i asked for shoulder length with a bit of layers, just trim them up since i already have layers. it is now horrifically layered, and way shorter than shoulder length. absolutely do not recommend.

Booked an appointment yesterday, so we showed up 10 mins early and the 2 ladies simply ignored our appointment, even after checking in. They both looked at each in disgust, as if they saw each other's souls. Don't work there if you don't want to do your job. My daughter's appt was for 6:30. Worst business in tbay...maggot cuts.

Very impressed with the professionalism here. I appreciated I was able to get in so quickly. I got a deep condition treatment and it was great. I can’t remember the stylists name that did it but she was friendly, talkative, and did a good job for the treatment. It took approximately 25 minutes from start to finish and was a very reasonable price :)

My fickle 5 year old decided out of the blue that they wanted a hair cut. I called they had a spot immediately thank heavens. We were paired up with Ella who I'll happily recommend to anyone with tiny humans. She listened to what kiddo wanted with mom input and delivered despite working with a moving target. Small person loves their new haircut, and I love that I found a new person to get the job done that I can trust.

Charged 80 $ to cut 2 toddlers hair 1 of whom was handicap both cuts were done in 5 to 10 min. Then the payment interact device is handed to me with 20 % tip checked off in the suggested tip drop screen. Really!
