Going into two years with wearing the appliance fitted on my implants. I can't tell you how good the workmanship is. Just amazing! So strong, so well made. And the customer service is just as good! Go nowhere else!

My experience with Mark Martin and his staff has been five star all the way. I was a bit apprehensive in my first appointment; he was so patient and supportive that my hesitation was gone by the end of that encounter. He is very professional but personal at the same time. The product that he produced was perfect for my needs. It has been more than two years now and each time I return for a check up and cleaning, he says that it is a miracle that I have had the success I am experiencing....he is the one who brought that miracle about with his innovative approach and superior workmanship. I am a 3rd time patient at Mark's Denture Clinic and I can't say enough about his service . He and Staff are so professional and understanding of what is required by their patients. I am thrilled to recommend Mark Martins.If you already have dentures or are thinking about it I recommend you meet with Mark. Susan is Mark's lovely wife and works with him and she makes booking appointments very easy.I met with Mark for a consultation in February 2019 and I knew immediately that he would do everything he could to help me. The previous 5 years had been difficult trying to articulate and eat. During that period I had 4 sets of dentures made and 2 lower implants. It was especially hard to enjoy a meal with family and friends and have a conversation. I had to repeat myself because of my articulation. I literally would excuse myself from the table at least twice because there was food under my dentures making it impossible to articulate and it was painful.Mark explained he would be using a T.E.N.S. and went into great detail making sure I was aware of everything.My new dentures were ready April 9/19 and I had an appointment on April 15th for adjustments. That was it! I am thrilled with the whole procedure, the people, the service and the price.Mark is a Perfectionist" and that is a necessity in his business and it certainly shows.I am happy to "Smile" again and so very thankful for this man's work. He is amazing!"

I needed a repair on my partial. The receptionist Susan was amazing. Mark was thorough and informative. I gave them a 5 star because there was no possible way they could make the visit any better. I highly recommend, them. I really could hardly believe it, the repair was smooth and just like new. I've had repairs before and they were rough in my mouth and the customer service was poor. Give them a try, you wont be disappointed.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Mark for two sets of dentures now. Mark explains every step of the process and listens to his patient's requests. He is very honest with his explanations of how your finished teeth will perform for you. I can really tell he cares about my comfort and confidence in my teeth. It was approximately 14 years between sets and I still felt as welcome now as I did many years ago. His receptionist Susan is very welcoming whether on the phone or in person. From a patient's perspective, with the service I have always received, I never would consider going elsewhere. Kingston is lucky to have such a caring denturist!

Just had my new dentures made with Mark Martins. I would like to say that this is the best experience I have ever had in a denture clinic. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Mark is very knowledgeable and explains everything in detail before you begin. Would highly recommend.

Mark Martin's Denture Clinic surprised me beyond my wildest hopes. After being told by other professionals in the city that I would never be happy with a lower denture. They were right, I am not happy, I am thrilled. Mark didn't make promises, but he certainly did a terrific job. Comfortable and natural looking. Its going to be a process but I know that Mark will lead me through whatever I decide to do next. Trust me when I say Mark is a miracle worker, and I have the teeth to prove it. Excellent service, very professional work, courteous staff. I couldn't be happier with my new dentures. I had a lower set done last December at a different dentist and it turned out to be a disaster. They did not fit properly at all, and after many trips back to that dentist that attempted to adjust them, they only got worse. I could not use them they got so bad. The other dentist finally gave up and gave me my money back and told me to go somewhere else. After much research on the web I found Mark Martin's Clinic had many good reviews so I made an appointment. At my first consultation with Dr. Martin, he told me that the upper dentures (which were several years old) were so badly worn they should have been replaced before the lowers were done, and that was probably a big part of the reason the lowers I had done at the other dentist did not fit. Long story short, I had both uppers and lowers done and I couldn't be happier with them. Dr. Martin has had to do a couple of minor adjustments, but that is to be expected and they are now fitting very well. They are about 1000 times better than the other ones. I would recommend Mark Martin's Clinic to anyone, they are very pleasant and professional. Many thanks Dr. Martin, you have made my life much better and I can now eat whatever I want, plus they look great.

Excellent service - always punctual, courteous, professional, obliging, courteous, pleasant, smiling and honest. I always feel like they are doing what is best for me and they never make me feel like they are taking advantage of me as a customer. Susan on the front desk is so pleasant and helpful. She has a wonderful personality and is so willing to assist in any way that she can. Susan and Mark are a great team and I highly recommend the Denture Clinic to everyone.
