TELUS

My 13 walked into the lake with his phone. I thought I was going to have to buy a new one. Went to this TELUS store and the customer service was absolutely on point. They looked into my plan and ended up I only had to pay a deductible and his new phone arrived in 2 days. They were very friendly and very understanding to my situation. This will now be the store I visit for any of the TELUS needs.

Unfriendly, require you to show ID before you can come in the door, even if you look presentable, which doesn’t seem to make much sense. Unfriendly and distant once you get in the store. Certainly doesn’t seem to reflect Telus value.

I went on Thursday Jan 13 in the morning and was served by Mauricio. He was so helpful and explained everything to me in a polite and approachable manner. Very professional service and I was very impressed.

The attitude we received upon entry was incredibly rude. I was shocked at how one of their female representatives met us at the door, glaring and rolling her eyes at us, without even saying a word to us. We left flustered and hurt. We will not be returning, and encourage this location to check their customer service. Just a thought - some kindness & maybe less attitude might attract more customers.

I usually go to the Mayfair Telus location and I should’ve went there instead of trying out uptown’s location. I have been with Telus for over 6 years, the service I had today was the worst I’ve ever had. First she didn’t go over anything in my contract after we discussed what I wanted and when I went to sign it she wrote out the contract I told her I absolutely did not want. I told her I had my kids waiting with my husband in the truck and this whole process took almost 2 hours. She then messed up applying my screen protector- fuzz underneath. After she replaced it I noticed more fuzz.. I don’t know if she’s new or not but she really didn’t seem to care. Also she didn’t put my SIM card from my old phone into my new one- I had to ask her to do it. Do not go to the uptown location, go to Mayfair! They know what they’re doing and the staff actually cares.

I waited for over an hour for customer service and finally got someone located in Guatemala. The phone reception was so poor, I could not understand what he was saying. I am paying for extra for high speed wifi, and I lost over $1,000.00 of business today, because I had intermittent wifi connections, with sometimes 20 minutes of no internet. What has happened to Telus. I do not want to give my drivers licence or personal information out to someone who is not even on Canadian soil. This is beyond unacceptable!!!

Great guys, no wait, very helpful, the items I needed were in stock. I will admit that I was confused by the sign that said, Due to staffing shortages we will be closing early on Thursday

I applied for Mobility for Good. Telus told me on the phone to take the sim card to the store and they will install it into my phone and port my number. The store in Uptown said no they cannot do that. I called Telus again and they said yes the store should have done that for me. I was able to do it with the help of the service rep on the phone. I called store to let them know as Seniors are getting Mobility for Good. The rep Scott was very curt with me. He was not at all interested in my issue.

I came in to shop around for some blackfriday phone deals, the sales rep Mauricio was clear, concise and very good at explaining all the deals and my contract info. Dan the manager was around and was chatting with customers and doing everything he could to help out his team. Coming from Bell I found it refreshing to see good customer service.Thank you guys for making my contract transition so smooth.

Door is locked currently, just knock on the door. They are doing a fabulous job of social distancing, only alowing two customers into the store at a time. Fantastic customer service as always
