Stellar customer service! Very quick and easy to make contact with when I needed to and Chris was a gem in guiding me through the process of having a defective product replaced through the manufacturer. I sure appreciated it. These folks have excellent customer service and great prices.I recently purchased some survival kits for family members. The order arrived quickly and the prices were better than any other kits I found online. I was a bit confused on one of the items so sent a couple emails asking for clarification and the folks at 72hours responded right away. They were really friendly and took the time to answer my questions. I highly recommend these folks!

Great experience with this company. They were inundated with orders for masks and were also hampered by inclement weather and still got my order out in reasonable time, high quality N95 masks. They also communicated to me that there would be a delay and sent a free gift. I would definitely purchase from them again. Keep up the great work! Highly recommended.

Where do I even begin. I bought a backpack from them 5 years ago had was so satisfied that instead of just replacing the food and water I bought a whole other one. Came in today with a broken zipper. I sent an email, got a reply in a few minutes and that the situation was fixed to my liking within an hour. Amazing customer service, great quality products. I absolutely recommend this company to anyone who needs an emergency kit( a.k.a everyone)

Amazing customer service! The folks at 72hours.ca fantastic to deal with; incredible customer service, great prices and very fast shipping. Got questions? Call them, they pick up the phone every time and you talk with a person; not some automated menu.I wasn't sure if they accepted EMT for payment, but they do! Call, tell them what you want and you'll have an invoice sent to your email in minutes. EMT the funds and they will send confirmation of receipt within minutes.Hands down one of the best companies to deal with in Canada. Order with confidence, you will not be disappointed!
