I went in with my sister in-law and nephew to get stuff for a baby shower. The associate working was very rude, my nephew (who is 4) had a balloon that he was throwing and instead of asking nicely to not throw the balloon the associate said don't throw the balloon there is breakable stuff and then continued to lecture my nephew. I am not impressed and will never buy anything from this store due to this bad experience. There are better ways to ask a child to stop doing something.

Bought balloons for my daughter's birthday. The owner stayed 15 minutes after the store closed to allow me to pick up the balloons so that they wouldn't be in the car all afternoon. It is now a full 3 months later and the balloons are still floating! Excellent customer service.
