Friendly informative sales and competitive prices on a quality Hot tub. Bought from John the owner and he was very helpful in fulfilling our needs and answering questions fro a first time buyer. Installation was done very professionally and neatly. Finally they followed up with a personal visit from Ed the service guy to show me the ropes of operation and maintenance. Very satisfied with the whole experience and would totally recommend them.

John, Ed, and Todd are amazing. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. They always listen to what their customers are saying and work to find the best solution for you. We have used them to open, close, and service our swimming pool for 14 years and we purchased our spa from them 3 years ago. Purchased a hot tub from Blue Wave four years ago - was happy when I purchased it, but the service since then might be the absolutely best customer service I have ever had, from any company!Not only did Ed & John go above and beyond during purchase process, but twice since then I've had some sort of issues pop up (both super minor, but initially alarming to my untrained eye) - both times Ed responded to me immediately, was out to me in a day or two, and barely charged me anything for the repair!I already referred anyone looking to buy a hot tub to visit Blue Wave - but I honestly cannot recommended Ed & John enough - quite literally the best service!

AWESOME!! Ed is a fantastic person...friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable!! Was actually earlier than anticipated for the appointment and went right to work and found the problem very quickly. He inspected the hot tub to see if everything was working correctly and repaired the one problem quickly. Performed necessary tests and even gave us a quick tutorial on chemical usage.We can't say enough nice things about Ed and the company. We are very very pleased and have no problem referring him to anyone for service or sales.
