Worst customer service...

If I could give this dealership 10 stars, I would in a heartbeat. After unexpectedly becoming a one vehicle household, we needed a new vehicle that was safe and reliable for our kids. After visiting multiple dealerships with pushy dishonest salesman in one day, we were discouraged and exhausted, but decided to try one more dealership and we couldn't have been happier that we chose Londonderry Dodge. As soon as we walked in we were greeted extremely politely, and had the pleasure of working with Nick, who I will recommend to anyone who's looking (honestly even if they aren't). He was extremely honest, willing to answer any questions, and didn't make us feel pressured in any way. Not once did we have any concerns with where we were placing our trust. We came back the next day with our two younger boys in tow, worried about how crazy they may be while we were looking at vehicles, and working with financing. But everyone there was amazing and if we were out of sight of the lounge where our kids were for a few minutes , we were always met with a friendly smile not too long after from someone working there, letting us know our kids were still doing great. Our kids loved being there, and within an hour of driving our new vehicle off the lot, our kids were already asking when we're going back to visit lol. Coleman in financing was amazing, and very thorough explaining all options available to us, and seemed to have no issue with our last minute vehicle change right before close. We couldn't have had a better team helping us through this unexpected purchase.We left feeling so reassured and happy with our financing and new vehicle. If you are looking for a new vehicle that comes with a stress free experience ,this is definitely the place to go. You will leave feeling comfortable and secure in your vehicle purchase.
