Kells practicum student therapists were amazing for the young adults in my world to experience therapy in an affordable way. They all spoke very highly of their time with Olivia and Megan and are seeing the benefits still. I highly recommend accessing counselling with this agency.

I loved attending the RESET program at Kells. The instructor was excellent, and genuinely cared about the people participating. I was able to learn how to deal with my anxiety better, and I feel like I've been able to move forward more positively since taking the program. I would highly recommend this program to anyone who is going through a hard time.

I've done EMDR therapy at Kells and it has been a game changer for me. I'm so thankful to have found a caring and skilled therapist to help me walk through some childhood trauma.

If I could give Zero stars I would. This place is just out to make money. My 19 year old anxiety ridden daughter called to book. First time she has called to book anything. She told them she thought she had benefits. The MOA then told her in order to book she would need a credit card. They told her dint worry we only use it for booking. We'll the next day my daughter emailed them to say please cancel my appointment as I do have benefits and called the wrong clinic. They then 2 days later charged her a no show fee. And took $100 from her credit card. These guys are a joke. They should have asked ger to look into her benefits first before taking any information or credit cards. When asked to return the money they avoided for a couple weeks and the said nope we can't. Just a complete gong show of staff and management. So now we have to put in a fraud claim with the bank what a joke. All because they felt the need to rip off a 19 year old.In response to the response below. My daughter called this morning and was told she couldn't give consent and that unfortunately she was out the money.When I tried to call the office myself I was told that my daughter was already told she couldn't give consent for them to speak with me. That it was her chart. Which is funny because when I explained that I work in a clinic myself and I talk to parents all the time once I am given consent by the patient. But again the staff told me she could not speak with me. I believe her name is Michelle or maybe Melissa. Either way both my daughter and myself were turned away when we called. So again thanks for nothing we will continue going through the bank to get the money back. What a joke.

Kells has been a key factor in better understanding my high-needs child. Through her counselling and play therapy, and parent coaching along the way, overall the services and supports at Kells have been truly life changing.Kells’ Assessment department is top-notch as well. My partner received an assessment that gave him insight into his needs and how his brain works. This 1 time assessment has changed his life!I would recommend Kells’ services to anyone in my life - group programs, assessment, family/couples, and individual counselling are all areas of expertise for the team at Kells!

I really enjoyed attending the Tools for Trauma workshop. The instructors and staff that facilitate this are phenomenal. I learned so much about myself and how to manage my trauma from attending! :)

Kells connected me with affordable student counselling during a time of great transition in my life. The staff is amazing and friendly and they take pride in helping others. I will be continuing care through Kells this fall!
