Just moved into 3400 Dutch Village road. Love it here so far !

Withheld security deposit for false reasons.

Great place to live - great location and reasonable price! I lived there for two years and whenever I had an issue, the landlord was always there promptly to help out.

I lived at 5666 Almon St. for around 5 years and loved my time there. The apartments were lovely, neighbourhood was amazing (right near hydrostone area), and everyone I interacted with was great. The landlord responded to every concern I had, helped me find an apartment in the same building when my living situation changed, and has been a reference for every apartment I've applied for since living on Almon St. The superintendent was like family. She decorated my door on every holiday, dropped off meals and baked goods periodically, and made me feel a bit less lonely when I lived alone for the first time. I don't think my 5 years in Halifax would've been the same if I hadn't secured an apartment at 5666 Almon St.

Was dealing with John from this company, had to reach out 4 times before I even got a call back. Once I made contact he indicated there were several people whom applied for the unit I did but the ad continued to be posted daily. Never did hear back from him, when I reached out again to ask if they had made a decision who to move forward with I got a single Not yet" response. Companies and Landlords are under no circumstances allowed to deny you an apartment due to your income

I recently had the pleasure of living in this lovely apartment and I must say, it exceeded all of my expectations. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-maintained with all the amenities one could possibly need. The location was ideal - close to shops, restaurants, and public transport - yet still quiet and peaceful.Management were incredibly friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure any issues within the unit were taken care of immediately.
