We have it and the service is very bad connection lost every 30 min, internet speed decrease dramatically at night if you will use it for work you will lose your money

Worst experience, had an internet with another provider stable for 3 years, then I decided to change and get an unlimited package, one of the providers i contact was Enginet and the gave me a good offer and discount, so I changed, my only condition I asked is no downtime as I work from home. They confirmed no downtime and they day before my initial provider cancel my service they said we can't do tomorrow and will activate 2 days from now, after 3 days the technician came and said everything is working, cable has signal, should work within 2 hours, and never had a connection. since that i wasted at least 5 hours over the phone, had to take time off to wait for the technician or the agent to come to my place. all they say was we are working on it. I had to work from starbucks or tim hortons to get internet connection for a full week. I canceled the service and they refused to compensate me for the downtime and for my mobile bill as I paid extra ~$75 for the mobile internet over usage, very poor customer services, very poor communication. 3 days after I had an active stable internet connection with another provider.Bottom line, don't shop their. And btw I was told by 2 other friends they had same kind of problem with them.

Wow, Canfibe, George, and Frank, you over delivered. This is going to be a chapter in the book I'm writing on Room Renting for Profit - I rent 6 rooms in my house. Thank you so much for being proactive.The internet was flaky all weekend—on and off—frustrating. On Monday morning Duke and I had to work from home and the internet died at 11:15am. It would come up for 15 seconds then drop. I had spent an hour on the weekend, making sure that the problem was not in the house. At 12:15 Duke came and said he had to go somewhere else to work. I understood. I debated whether or not to phone our service provider, Canfibe. Back in my area, alone, I cried out to God: “Come on God, I’ve gotta work.” Two minutes later, I walked outside on an errand and the Canfibe van drove up onto my driveway. I said: “What are you guys doing here, I really need you, are you an answer to my prayer?” They said: “Maybe, we’ve been monitoring your signal and we saw that it was flaky, so we came to check it out.” I said: “You have me as a customer for life.”I told Duke the good news and how it was an answer to my prayer. He was dumbfounded. Around the campfire that evening I shared the story with my other renters and with a neighbour. I work for AT&T. Earlier in the day, I shared the story with my work colleagues. One of them said: “That’s customer service.”Why am I including this story in my book? Two reasons: One, always over deliver, above and beyond what your customers expect, just as Canfibe over delivered to me. This company offers very bad internet service. Very dissatisfied with the performance of the connection. Even after getting a new plan and changing our router, it’s still terrible. It gets worse at night, it’s even slower and often even stops working altogether for hours on end.

I switched to canfibe almost a year ago and It was the best move I've done. I get the wirless internet bundle from them for rural areas and its absolutely flawless. Thanks canfibe you have a customer for life

The best internet service provider I've ever met and get services from. Mostly business internet services but they helped me to get good internet speed at my home also. Really appreciate .. good luck .. .

Since I connected with Enginet 2 years ago I had no problems whatsoever. My connection is very stable and I'm totally happy with their service. I do work from home several times a month and I need VPN to connect to my office. It is not uncommon for my VPN connection to stay up and running, connected to my office for 48 hours straight, which wasn't the case with my previous provider.

Very disappointed. Even after upgrading to the more expensive “premium” internet, the connection is unstable. The quality of the internet is simply bad.

We have internet service with for over 4 yrs, with no problems at all. My husband and myself work from home sometimes, hence need good internet connection, never had a problem with the internet. Their customer service is also excellent, if there is any issue, they work it until it's resolved.Highly recommend their services!
