Things you need here are easy to find and especially the floor walkers or loss prevention staff because they give themselves away like go after the skeets that are stealing right in front of my eyes hhahahah ...I think your training needs to be revamped

The new AC IS GREAT. The new layout and prepared meals in the deli is a fresh new take for Sobeys. I haven't tried the subway like sandwich counter yet, but it looks excellent. Prices in Newfoundland are so high right now that's it's refreshing to see an affordable deli counter.

Good selection and a great layout. Staff are friendly and helpful. I must offer praise for being one of the few 24 hour grocery stores in the province - everyone needs to grocery shop, and not everyone can go during the day. Could use more parking though - it gets a little cramped during peak hours. Could also use more self-checkouts.

Head office needs to step in and provide equity and inclusion classes for the employees at this location. Shameful, racist behaviour displayed by the cashier, and by the Manager after it was brought to their attention. Not only was this paying customer hurt by this experience, she also feared for her safety after she was followed out of the store by an older man throwing around racial slurs. Do better Sobeys! If you are BIPOC, don’t condone racism, or just simply a decent human being, stay clear of this location.

The renovation makes the store really nice And all the new features make it easy to shop. However the self checkout machines have to be some of the worst I’ve ever come across. I couldn’t believe a newly renovated store like this would install the most frustrating self checkouts that they did.

It’s sad to hear that someone says they feel racially profiled and the assistant manager/manager does not handle the situation appropriately, then is verbally assaulted by another customer on property outside of the store. I don’t support a company who does not handle these situations appropriately. The managers need sensitive training, and training in understanding what racial profiling is. If there is a complaint on this subject, it should be dealt with delicately and with compassion, not with “to each their own”.

Beautiful Job fits right with neighbourhood just seems more organized and and and they got a self check-in it's a beautiful place now and then you know it's raining in the right in the middle of the neighbourhood what can I say I love to place plus they got really clean washrooms

Decent local supermarket. Basic fare in the deli, bakery, meat, and seafood departments. I watch for the weekly specials and then shop there. Not usually busy mid-day,
