Erika and Simon were great at helping my husband and I with upgrading our phones. Simon is super attentive and answered all of our questions, and even recommended some great promotions that we weren't aware of. Definitely recommend this location!

The rep at this branch was extremely helpful. This review is for the brand and the overall experience, not for the rep.Visited this store to start a new plan and in the middle of transferring my old number the system had an issue so the bell rep had to call their support who was asking me audit type questions about the history of my account which had now been lost due to the system error. What was supposed to last 15 mins turned into a 2+ hours visit. Customer next to me was also on the phone with support and unhappy. I would not recommend Bell based on this experience.

Went to Fairview Bell and was helped by Krysta a few days ago and she gave fantastic customer service. I had some billing issues and she took her time to explain each concern and even lowered my bill!

I have been dealing with bell over the phone through out the past week. I had terrible experiences. But after coming to the bell store at Fairview mall I felt a lot better. Erika is the manager of the store and all thought I did not deal with her,l directly I had Simon and GP helping me. They were both great guys and were very nice, respectful and patient. I will only be going there from now on for any phone/electronic purchases. If you are with bell I would recommend dealing with one of those 3 people.

Aleksej is incredibly knowledgeable; I would highly recommend him if you're looking to switch from another provider or upgrade your phone/services.Despite that I renewed with Rogers less than a month ago, he helped me and quickly found the solution. He singlehandedly changed my opinion about the quality of service Bell provides.Thank you!

My wife and I have been coming to this location for 8 years and always gets amazing customer service. Specifically today, Aleksej did not hesitate to stay longer with me and my wife as her phone was doing a data transfer. He was happy to help as long as needed with a smile on his face, this is something we will never forget. Thanks Aleksej for your wonderful customer service! And of course we highly recommend Bell too, they are always very understanding if you need them to be and offers great value and wonderful service. Highly recommend.

I had the most exceptional encounter with Krysta at the Bell Fairview Mall location. Krysta was simply amazing! I cannot express enough how impressed I was with her remarkable expertise and outstanding customer service. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and made the process of transferring all my files, including photos, to my new phone an effortless transition. Krysta's professionalism is undoubtedly an invaluable asset to Bell. Once again, thank you so much, Krysta, and I will definitely be returning!

I recently had an exceptional experience with a customer service representative that left me thoroughly impressed her name was krysta. I had encountered an issue with a product I purchased online, and I reached out to her for assistance. From the moment I connected with her, their professionalism and dedication were evident. They patiently listened to my concerns, asked pertinent questions to understand the problem fully, and reassured me that they would do everything possible to resolve the issue promptly. Eventually I decided to also move to bell she was very knowledgeable about everything and helped me a lot. I wish i could write multiple great reviews for her because she deserves it. Thank you

I wish I can give 0 star. They never asked the consent for credit bureau check and suddenly I am getting to know that there is hard inquiry made. They have to inform their clients before taking signature that there will be credit bureau check and they rush you to sign there and here and obviously you don’t get a chance to read 3-4 page of agreement while standing at the store. Neither I bought any plan for any device and neither I applied for any credit just applied for monthly plan, WORST CUSTOMER service.
