I have been using their internet service for a few years now. It is reliable and as fast as advertised. No commitments. Customer service is quick to answer the phone. I’ve just added their cellular phone service, which is a great price.

I have been with this company for three years and could not be happier. I found them thru my condo. They offer unbeatable phone and home internet plans at prices that are far less than what the competition charges, with speed and GB offerings that are much better than those offered by other providers. Customer service is great, prompt, polite, and responsive. Hardly any outages, and if there are they are on it right away. 5 stars is not enough, i would give 10 if i could.

Good company! The best price in my area. Connected in one day instead of 7 days. Polite and patient operators who are easy to get through to. I recommend this company.

Just migrated to them this week after recommendation from my brother. Migration from my previous provider was smooth, orders were processed quickly and accurately, emails were responded to quickly and were actually helpful.I loved it that the company phoned to check in that everything was going smoothly. In these post COVID days when it seems like customer service has gone by the wayside, it was refreshing to find a company that actually seems to care about their customers.

My transfer from my previous provider was smooth and Coextro checked in to ensure I was up and running. Speeds are as advertised (Cable 100/30 plan), and I feel like I can finally settle after musical chairs with different providers trying to find the best value. We need to support independent Internet providers as much as possible and I'm proud to be a Coextro customer.

I came across Coextro through a promotion in my building. While i was initially hesitant seeing that i hadn't heard of them, i decided to bite the bullet and give them a try following my unsatisfactory experiences with both Virgin and Rogers who had service interruptions and exorbitant prices. Having been with Coextro for some time now, i can't recommend them highly enough to all my friends and family. Of the rare times i have had issues, they have been able to solve it within a few minutes at any hour of the day or night. Their prices are highly competitive and they deliver what they promise. Their new phone plans are in sync with the Rogers network and are highly reliable. Thanks to all at Coextro for reliable connectivity!

Fast delivery of the equipment, got it delivered on the next day. My Condo has this internet connection already, so the model was activated online at the backend, and all I had to do was plug it in and connect to my router and voila, everything works. Didn't need to call one of their technicians, and since they have their own cable, don't have to deal with technicians from Rogers / Bell etc.What I really liked so far -- No fuss rates and plans. Very economical compared to big players out there- They don't force you to rent their own routers and modems, and have a convenient option to use your own modem and router if needed, which leads to a non-trivial amount of money saved monthly / yearly- Appropriate amount of communication - you get emailed about the infra delivery, status of activation etc., and customer care also called to find out if everything was working fine. But no spam and offer-emails whatsoever, which is good- In the one month of using this, didn't experience any throttle or drop in network speed, during any time of the day. The internet connection dropped randomly for 10-seconds one day and didn't face this again even once so far.- Also getting very close to the promised speeds, no problems hereThis is my experience based on my first month of usage. Will update with more details, as I use this more.

Overall good, but I lost 2 ranked games due to service going out. This is becoming more common and needs to be looked into at crimson forest drive area. Update, After the review and calling the tech, they reached out to me twice and the Disconnection issue has been resolved. Overall I doubt it can get better than this in Canada.

Coextro's services are really good and the speed is up there with the big boys. When I was signing up, I inquired about the recommended speed for my household. Based on my planned usage, the sales person from Coextro recommended the lower priced plan!! So refreshingly different from the big service providers, with whom I have been there for several years. The big boys are out to get money out of your pocket at every available opportunity - always.Several weeks since I signed up with Coextro, very pleased with the speed. Anyone looking for a competitively priced service must definitely give these guys a try.

I switched from Bell to Coextro at my condo building. The customer service representative was great. The deal he gave me was fantastic and the internet speed is much faster than what bell had me on for half the price. Even the bell Representative was shocked and laughed when I called them to cancel and asked for the Coextro rep name so they can check them out.
