I would like to thank Mr Durrani and particularly, Associate Insurance Advisor, Sukhmani Pasricha, for her more than excellent service that she provided while transferring all my services from another office in Guildford to her office in Cloverdale. She was very professional, diligent and quick to solve an issue with underwriters misunderstandings of a claim. I would highly recommend Sukhmani and Mr. Durrani's insurance services if you truly want someone professional to take care of your insurance needs. 5 STARS mos definetely!!!!!

They don't listen they also don't take notes and will call multiple times over an insurance and when you tell them your not going to be renewing ur house insurance with them and going else where, they don't make it a note and will continue to pull money out of your account. That being said I got insurance else where and just noticed they have been doing this whis if my place happen to catch on fire I wouldn't have had coverage due to having 2 insurances on the same place. I highly do not recommend this company I also find them quite pushy

I have been using Faisal for years for all my insurance needs. He is hands down the best insurance agent I’ve ever had. I do my research but end up with Faisal every time as he beats the rate and product by far. He is knowledgeable, quick and reliable. Highly recommended for home, life, extended benefits insurance.

This office never disappoints and Sukhmani Pasricha was the associate insurance adviser who provided me with top notch customer service and she was well informed, helpful and efficient. I emailed the enquiry the night before and by early afternoon of the next day my policy was updated with the new endorsement; including policy changes update in my online account. I was impressed at how well my concerns were addressed which gave me peace of mind, and how prompt everything was done and convenient as well - everything was done over the phone and email and I did not even have to leave the comfort of my home I have been dealing with this office for over 12 years and though I live closer to another cooperator office - I still prefer working with the Cloverdale office.

They are not open Sundays as it says they are and I just drove here from aldergrove and wasted my time.

Me and my friend visited for vehicle registration and plates. We just moved from Halifax. Simran was very helpful and informative regarding all the paperwork. Will surely recommend this place to everyone.

Moved into BC from Ontario and all my Insurance hassles were handled adeptly by the Staff especially Sukhmani at Frontdesk. Very courteous and willing to go the extra mile for their customers..

I had an amazing experience with Simran Kaur at the Co-operaters on #10 hwy in Cloverdale. She was very frendly and got me in and out very quickly. Amazing customer service from her. Thank you Simran!

If I could give 0 stars I would!Do not go here!I don't even know how this branch is still open. Very unprofessional. They don't keep track of their paperwork and because of that, we are being forced to pay $3000 because of their reps refuses to admit they didn't process a cancelation.We have talked to multiple people at co operators as well as icbc.I finally spoke with the owner of this branch and his hostility was disgusting. Conveniently, co operators does not record phone calls with clients.Just a heads up incase you wanted to do business here.When you get yelled at. Accused of things. And then hung up on by the manager. Don't say I didn't warn you.Do not. I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE. I want to warn as many people as I canNoone should have to go through what we are currently going through.
