These guys are the only reason I go to comic con every year, is it 70$ for the ticket and whatever amount I pay for the swords/knives? Yes. But is it worth it? YES OMG

I placed an order for in-store pickup last Thursday and it was ready for me on Saturday morning. It's about a 45 minute drive to the shop from my location so didn't want to rely on couriers to get it to me by Christmas. The staff member that helped me was fast, friendly and efficient. He had me look over the sword to make sure it was to my liking.I won't hesitate to shop with Fire and Steel in the future for unique gifts and well made replicas. Thanks for a positive experience!

After finding the Yoriichi" sword I was looking for ( which I never thought I'd find so easily) I asked a question about it and received a response really quickly. If you are buying a Christmas present for someone, you must order a few months in advance to not risk the experience I and several others had this Christmas.I purchased a battle ready sword on Nov 30, 2022 after emailing back and forth with the company confirming the sword was in stock. After 2 weeks of no notification that the order shipped, I emailed, DM'ed, commented on Facebook, and called several times for an update and received absolutely no response. I even had one of my calls declined (went to voicemail after 1 ring). While they couldn't respond to several upset customers, they were still actively posting on all social media daily. I was frustrated, and reading upset comments on all their social medias indicated they had piling orders, were taking money, and were not fulfilling said orders.We were very lucky as the company finally shipped our order the week of Christmas, which arrived on December 23, 2022. To our luck, the sword arrived broken. Looking closely at the sword, it appeared the sword was likely damaged before shipping, as the broken pieces were sticky and appeared to have glue residue on it. I sent an email an hour after we received the package to open a claim, and to this day (January 13, 2023) I still have not heard back. We are not surprised, I waited to leave a review to see if Fire and Steel would get back to us about the claim, but now have given up dealing with this company as customer service is not their top priority.

Bought my husband the Zelda sword at comic con. The shield was sold out at the time. It came in stock and the communication with the company was excellent. Took a week to get in touch with them. But they were quick to get all my info and sent out my package the next day and I received it in less than a week! Quality is outstanding!

I bought this on Sep, 5 and received on Sep, 14. I was excited when I opened it up but I found a few issues on my katana, The Blade wasn't sharpen for a Battle Ready Sword. The Guard isn't placed right because I can move it around with my hand and the blade now can wobble left and right. The Katana and sheath don't stick together properly. (Example: I hold the Katana by the Sheath backwards and the sword falls right off) The Sheath is cracked on the bottom. I tried posting this twice on the actual website where I bought it but they don't seem to like the post I gave them. So Here I am, Overall this Sword is Beautiful but my expectations were not met with this many issues from a Roranoa Zoro Shushi DELUXE EDITION sword. UPDATE: 10/20/22 SO I finally received my replacement and all the issues I addressed have been fixed, and the Sword is much more functional AND Sharp! Thank you Fire and Steel for the Sword. Time to Fruit Ninja.

Second time ordering from them and I am 100% satisfied with my orders. I needed some customer support and they emailed me back within 24 hrs.
