They charged me for a year of service, despite speaking to a rep a year prior advising I don’t want my policy to renew for 2022 and being assured it would not. In addition, I also sent them an email on Jan 31, 2022 advising I want my policy cancelled after receiving an email stating it would be renewed. I received acknowledgment of my request from customer representative, Mostafa M. confirming it would be cancelled and they only require two identifying information which I provided. However, after reviewing my credit card transactions at the end of this year, 2022, I noticed that they were still charging me. I called in today, Dec 31st, and spoke to customer service rep, Meghan and explained the situation and advised I could send her the email response from customer service rep Mostafa that I had received on Jan 31, 2022 acknowledging my request for cancellation. She said she could only see my verbal conversation had in March 2021, and couldn’t receive my email of proof and that she could only back date me 3 months of charges. I told her that was unacceptable and I wanted to speak to a manager. She told me one was not available and she would request for a call back in 24 hours. I told her that Jan 1st, 2023 is a holiday and asked her if I would still receive a call back. She didn’t answer my question, and instead placed me on hold without telling me that she was going to do so and then returned and hung up on me. This company are thieves and have horrible business practices. I encourage everyone to file a Better Business Bureau Complaint to shine a lot of their thievery and poor business practices, so hopefully a lawsuit can be filed against them and they go out of business and not be able to lie and steal from other customers.

I cancelled last November and checked my bank account this morning was a 21 dollar charge. I remember the person I talked to told me about this and I told her i just want to cancel as cheaper to use Apple. Don't trust this service

I'm SHOCKED by the POOR level of Customer Service by this company! But, after seeing the average rating of 2.2 stars out of a possible 5, I can see why.In what was supposed to be a simple attempt to add a supplementary service (Traffic) to my existing service (Music & Entertainment), I was told by the first Representative (Jercy) whom I spoke to that my Music & Entertainment Plan price would increase with the addition in 2 years, but then remain the same price ongoing if I didn't make the addition.Confused, I contacted a different Representative (Anne) who then advised me that I couldn't even make the addition because I was on a promotion! What?!I spent a near hour on Chat with SiriusXM to get absolutely NO WHERE! Angry, confused & completely frustrated, I just canceled the service altogether! This SIMPLE request shouldn't have been this DIFFICULT! I was then told, Happy Holidays

They use high pressure sales tactics and won't take no for answer.They conned me into continuing the service when I called to cancel forgot about it and now won't refund me all my money. But they will refund me $75 of $175 but soon as they said that they tried to sell me it yet again!!!I'm now going to report them to the better business bureau, if they did this to me I guarantee they have done it to 1000s of others and won't even own it and make it right.I'll never do business with them again and I suggest you shouldn't either

The radio service is good, but holy cow, just hope you never need to talk to customer service.Just try to cancel - the agent on the other end of the phone will lie through his teeth to try to stop you. Cancellation not allowed, cancellation only in writing, better prices, more channels, the cancellation system is not working right now, your radio is not turned on, the moon is in the wrong cycle.Just don't bother. Give your money to somebody like Google Music or Spotify. You want to cancel with those guys? Just go on their website and click on cancel. No fuss. I'll pay more to Spotify just to get away from this company.

Horrível service , Wrongfully sirus charged my husband once subscription was on hold.Charged $ 77.30 .Now after my husband explain the situation the agent said “we gonna put your money back”,never put back since 4 days. No only that the subscription that is $11 the was charged $ 24.. this is no honest situation. I don’t refer this service to antibody.Also my husband called them again to solve the problem they hang up the phone.Just to remember the company exist and employees and owners receive money because the customers.BE HONEST!

Worse customer service EVER!!! Have been a customer for many years and when I attempted to cancel in order to save money they informed me it would cost me $84. Seriously??! Wow! Good luck getting that money from me. Will NEVER go back to Sirius XM and will pass on to all my friends and family about the horrible customer service.

Online portal is garbage. Took me 45 mins to cancel my subscription through the online chat. Didn't receive an email confirmation of my cancellation. What a waste of time and energy. Seeing as other people have had issues, I will probably have to waste more time to contact my credit card company to make sure the charges are restricted before I get wrongly charged. Horrible!!!

If I could give no stars I would, horrible customer service, they charged me $540 for a year of radio in two trucks. I called and was suppose to get subscription transferred from my old truck which I sold to my new truck. They never cancelled it, until 2022 after calling a million times, then the manager told me I only called March 2022, which was a lie. They refunded me 80$. Like thanks. Worst customer service and training for the techs, no accountability for anything. They pull money out of your account left right and Center! Do not use them.. they will screw you over and take your money or charge you for services you cancel or don’t have. What happened to good customer service. How many other ppl they have done this too. Ridiculous!
