worst customer service ever. I was transferred a dozen times trying to cancel the service, and every Indian agent had told me they were not the cancellation department, and they have routing issues so no one can get to the cancellation department. I can't believe a phone company having a phone-issue?! You have no way of canceling the service?!

No Stars deserved by this company...., they are rip off's. Rude customer service who does not believe in customer service. They have their call center somewhere in INDIA and they don't know how to deal with customers.The customer service does not know how to think out of box and try to help the customer.Very very disappointed with their service. Review's written after 7 years being with them.

Terrible experience. Be warned. Worst customer service/experience and all you receive is spam calls. I am sure they immediately sell your phone # to all telemarketers and spammers out there. Their support reps are the WORST ever who have been trained to irritate the customers rather than serving them. They sure test your patience. DO NOT SIGN UP. STAY AWAY.

Service is poor and when we called to cancel they want to charge us a $265 USD cancellation fee! Hidden contract clauses plus terrible service we wholeheartedly DO NOT recommend Vonage.

This is a horrible company. Management won't share blocked calling and forwarding areas to their employees, so when you ask for help or verify calling areas you are being lied to, when they say Yes". For upper management to put their employess on the chopping block says a lot about them. I just changed my credit card information and I won't be paying until they are honest!"

I had the land line service with vonage for 7 years. Yesterday police showed up at my front door at home. They said someone called 911 from our home number. But nobody did :(. I checked call history online and it showed 911 call and another call to Africa a few min after the first call. I called vonage immediately, but they said it is impossible for someone else to use our number. It was definitely the fraud they didn’t want to confirm. I cancelled my services with them immediately.I definitely don’t recommend vonage. Don’t sign up!

Vonage normally charge me $39.47. I asked to low the price. Customer representative give a $27 promotion package. After 1 month again they charge me $39.47. I talked to the customer representative about this issue. He told me that it happened because last time your call was disconnected. We ll pay you $10 back and plus give you 30%off. You will receive 2 emails from vonage for refund and for the promotion in 24 hrs.Seriously, its 3 days now. I didn’t receive any email. Never ever go for vonage

Very Poor Service, Guys on support having lack of experience not able to explain billing cycle, vonage provided me 30% discount but each month i am paying full amount without any discount, Screen shows full amount. Please Aware on it, You might be affected similar way. Aware on it, Lots of bad review on it. I Think they are showing lollipop without giving for taste. I think its Discount Scam - Write now 36.99, they saying next month you can see $26.99, let wait and check if it show...

Terrible customer service! Good enough phone service. Extremely expensive compared to other services available.I called the main number today to speak with an agent and the agents headset was creating so much noise and was so muffled I could barely understand what she was saying. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and though we reconnect in hopes that it would be better.I asked her to call me back on a line that has no noise and never got a call back. Called back again, got the same person and same issue with the noise on the line!I asked to speak with a supervisor and she tells me that she is a supervisor!!!So a phone company is so cheap that the supervisor is taking the call and she has a terrible headset and doesn't follow through with her commitment..wow!They have the audacity to charge me $65/month for service that doesn't work as good as FREE services available on the market. After asking to cancel my account ONLY THEN she tries to retain" me as a customer and offers to charge $17/month instead. This should have been offered to a 8+ years customer to begin with.Anyways...I'm glad I cancelled my service with them today and just hope that they don't continue charging my CC.Will post an update if necessary."
