I am also going to start boycotting Tim Hortons - not just because of this minimum wage issue either. It's also because of the following: 1. I've been finding increasingly that many locations have staff who are rude, apathetic, and/or too slow. 2. ALL their menu options should be available at ALL restaurant locations (not gas station locations; I understand why that's impossible - they just don't have the floor space). 3. They decided to take away their waste/recycle bins at drive thru locations pretty much everywhere - a disaster. Whoever made that decision wasn't thinking. This forces employees to spend additional time picking up garbage/recycling that inconsiderate patrons toss out their windows. 4. Last, but not least - THEY ARE NO LONGER A CANADIAN COMPANY, and I'm sick of my hard-earned money going into the pockets of non-Canadian enterprises. This includes not just Tim Hortons, but also the other restaurants in the Restaurant Brands International portfolio - Burger King and Popeyes.

The coffee is is horrible.I've been short changed many times at the drivethru. No napkins provided. Not going back ever. McDonalds has excellent coffee and bagels. Service with a smile.

This is my 5th visit to Tim Horton's for a Cilantro Lime Chicken Wrap, only to be told they don't have the ingredients. I can't keep wasting my lunch hour going to TH then having to go to a competitor for an equivalent option. At what point do I just go elsewhere? I'm that point.

Horrible. None of the separate companies provide a customer service phone number. Only a email contact where they collect all your information and then send a canned response back. Two of their separate brands advertise an item for one price then charge you a more expensive price. Don't think I will visit any of their brands in the future.

They didn’t meet their responsibilities and they’re not compliant to the Competition Bureau forms and rules.They shouldn’t conduct business in Canada.They don’t offer service, you can’t even call them. Multi billion industry and they don’t own a client reach desk.

Went to Tim's across from the library in Calgary, what a disapointment has a chiller was good and a boston cream . The Boston was disgusting . The chocolate was runny the dough under cooked and the lack of fillingnon existant and this is not the first time . a filled doughnut needs filling not the 1/2 a tsp that is now called the filling. shame will get y doughnuts some where else. also staff yelling at each other in philapeno

What a joke of a company! No return call when you call customer service except for from a manager of the Popeyes location in Midland, ON threatening you that if they give you a refund on your pink chicken served to you then you will no longer be allowed back at that location for service. Discrimination that is in fact. Then you call back in to make another complaint about the manager 3 more times with no call back. Yet you still have not got a refund. Head office a joke to reach.
