Four Points by Sheraton Mississauga Meadowvale

We were here five years ago and our stay was even better this time. New mattresses and the bed and pillows were very comfy. There is an indoor hot tub and pool. The restaurant on site has great food and they even have the menu in Ukrainian!

The perfect place for a one night layover, but not much more than that. The rooms were outdated, paint / wallpaper peeling, stain on the chair, etc.It was clean and fine for a sleep, but not worth the $250 price tag.

Will not stay again, looks like The Shuttle Guy controls the hotel. The Shuttle guy was rude; and Racist; he said he had to be rude, and if you didn't like his shuttle, get your own. The shuttle guy was late by 40 min after a few phone calls. No storage compartment and no sign on his shuttle... it's very dangerous and scary to use the shuttle at this hotel. During the shuttle back to the hotel, the bag flew, but he didn't care. Worst, management has not done anything, no call or apology from the manager or hotel owners. Do you think we might have said something to make him angry right? But no... the only thing we have asked is why can't we keep our bags next to us instead of loading everything on the first seats. Remember shuttle had no storage. We preferred not to argue and keep quiet after he yelled and said, this is his shuttle, and he controls the shuttle. He was the owner of the shuttle.Going to the airport had a bad experience, too; we had to load our bags, and the shuttle guy just watched us, which included two ladies/...we had 4 bags. No courtesy at all.We have to pay more money to get essential services. Till today I am still waiting for a response from anyone.

It was my first time at this branch and it’s the worst experience ever.I’ve been before to different locations and the customer service has been great.But in this location I didn’t enjoy the stay.There was no fridge in the room, and the bed was not comfortable.We called the reception asking for room service on Friday before 10:00 pm and the employee told me that you don’t have room service, which is strange because in other branches they offer room service.We were late to go for breakfast and there was still 10 minutes and we just wanted to grab something quickly to eat but the employee told us that they will close in 10 minutes and she didn’t even gave us the chance to have something quick.I experienced indeed the worst customer service at this branch and it will be for sure my last time at this location.

I had an average stay at Four Points by Sheraton Mississauga Meadowvale. The hotel is located in a business district, close to some corporate offices. The room was clean and comfortable, with free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV and a coffee maker. The bathroom was small but functional, with a shower and a hairdryer. The hotel has an indoor pool, a hot tub and a fitness center, which were nice to use after a long day. The hotel also has a restaurant and a lounge, which served decent food and drinks. The receptionist was little rude , but not very friendly or attentive. He checked me in and out quickly, but did not offer any information or assistance. He also did not acknowledge my Marriott Bonvoy status or offer any benefits. I felt like she was just doing his job, but not going the extra mile. I would stay at this hotel again if I had to, but it was not memorable or exceptional

An excellent stay. Great location, comfortable beds and rooms. All staffs were very friendly, specially, the front desk, house keepings and restaurant. I would love to visit again.

Unbelievable. House keeping threw away or stole my dogs water and food bowls. They were collapsible and not cheap. Housekeeping threw away all my toiletries, like those are free. I’m actually shocked at the horrendous service I received here. Rather than contacting me about extending my stay or moving rooms they checked me out, threw all my stuff away. Not bringing my personal business here and advising my team from booking conferences here as well. Stay at the Hilton it’s expensive but they exercise customer service there.

I'm in hotels all the time for work but I have to say I've never been happier than I am now. Everyone is very happy and friendly and it is very clean and relaxing. The buffet breakfast is amazing and so is the staff. Marthese and Karam are amazing and really know how to brighten your day. Vinita makes the most amazing omelets you'll ever eat. I'm going to miss it all when I have to leave.
