Horrible customer service at the pharmacy.Every time and I every time I need refills they either forget to do it or manage to mess it up somehow.I always need to return 2-3 times before they get it done correctly or on time.Will be going elsewhere I am fed up with their constant errors and or forgetting.Very very poor service.

This place is poorly run. 90% of the time I come into the store, there is nobody at the till. When I try to contact the pharmacy, either no one picks up or you get placed on an incredibly long hold and then get hung up on. There are days when I call for a prescription and they tell me to come back in two to three days. Are you kidding me? These medications need to be started immediately. There are times when they will give me an exact day and time for pickup. I will arrive, and they will tell me it hasn't been done yet. I have also been given scripts that weren't mine. They need to get their act together because this behavior has been happening for far too long. If you have the ability to go elsewhere, do it.

Good shoppers drug mart, almost always greeted by the friendly beauty desk person. They are very helpful when looking for perfumes or cologne. Has everything a pharmacy has to offer, even has some food basics. The post office is great to have here, Canada post workers don't go out of their way to be friendly.

Not only do they not answer the phone, they potentially have a card skimmer on their self serve machines and no one seems to care.When i call your 1 800 numberit's for your financial services was using a prepaid credit card I won at work.i used the readeron the left most stall and then next day I recieved a charge from a computer in Vietnam.

I witnessed the woman who appeared to be a manager “disciplining” a younger employee. It was very unprofessional to raise her voice and speak to her like that around customers regardless of the circumstances. The manager should learn how to manage.

Absolutely terrible. Don't waste your time here like they will waste yours. They don't answer their phones, they'll threaten they won't have your medication ready. I can't promise you"

If your native, don’t go here. Security will racially profile you and follow you around the store and harass you. Absolutely not professional focusing on only one paying customer on a busy day with plenty of other customers at the store. Not going here again for the way me and my husband where treated.

I have been going to this location for over 20 years, so perhaps I should have my head examined.The service has always been atrocious in the pharmacy.I stuck it out for all this time, as one of my kids has a chronic illness, and seemingly needed a constant supply of medication, and my insurance along with my ex-wife’s insurance were set up there.The location was good, and the hours were good.But the pharmacy has always been terrible, and it still is.They are always slow and confused.I’ve even been sent home with someone else’s medication.I’m not sure if this place is a training centre or what, as the staff has always seemed to have been in flux.My kids are grown up, and I’m divorced.I have one more prescription to pick up this evening, and then I’m done with this place for good.Trying to get them on the phone is nearly impossible; you just get into a loop, wait for several minutes, and then get hung up on.I am aware that there is new ownership, but the poor service is decades old.They have always been polite though, I will give them that, so I offer them one star for being polite in the midst of their confusion and slowness.

There’s one female staff member here who answers the phone in a timely manner but generally it’s extremely difficult to get through to them. The phone rings and rings and rings and rings. There have been countless times I sat waiting for someone to pick up for half an hour or more, or gave up after that amount of time. I know pharmacies are busy and I’m understanding of that but there is no way they are this constantly run off their feet and if so then management needs to fix something. They will not fill your new prescription unless you call and ask them to. Filling the prescription itself takes an exorbitant amount of time. They ask you to come back in two days and it’s a big deal if you need it soon. A very urgent prescription for a newborn that I emphasized the importance of needing it TODAY they tried to tell me to come back in two days and I had to reiterate how urgent it was. There were incidents where they questioned the dosage given. There were times I had to tell THEM they had it wrong and explain to them the prescription which is good I knew what it was meant to be and had it fixed. It was extremely stressful dealing with them when I could even get a hold of them but I didn’t drive and it was the only place I could get. Luckily I have moved and no longer need to utilize this pharmacy. I would not recommend it. Go elsewhere unless you have all the time in the world. You may as well go to Midtown or Grosvenor they’re both very good and helpful and likely just as busy if not more.

Tonight stopped in on my way home from work to grab some chips and dip. The ruffles double crunch chips were on 2 for 7$ so I got my stuff and went to self checkout. When I got to checkout it didn't come up as the deal so I showed the employee the tag on the shelf andshe apologized and took me to her till to change it to the proper price. However after many tries we could not get the debit machine to work so she told me she will take me to the cosmetics counter to use a different machine. She explained to the cosmetics lady to please change the chip price and even told her she verified it and saw the sign. The lady at the cosmetics counter was this grouchy elderly white haired lady who spoke to this employee like she was a toddler. She then proceeded to start to ring my items in but stopped after scanning the chips and said they don't come up as that price so.." so I repeated what the original lady had just told her but she would not listen and insisted i show her where I found that price so i did just like I did for the original lady. She proceeds to RIP off the tag and laugh saying "maybe if it was there we would honor it" I told her im leaving then and she said "bye "and laughed again. On my way out I told the original lady that she says she won't honor the deal now and the orginal lady told me she is sorry. I truely Cannot believe the disrespect that just happend
