Genuinely the best tattoo shop I've been to. I have a lot of tattoos and for a long time I was set on going and getting work from various artists to see how they are and if I would want to go long-term or not, but I finally found the place! Location is fantastic as I come from the Durham region area so it's not too far and the staff are incredible, lovely looking place too it just feels like that's their space and they put a lot of love and care into it.Didn't feel rushed at all when talking to Paige and Ronny either (which is something I've noticed a lot with other places), and the front staff were super nice as well. I'll definitely be coming back - my days of artist hunting are over I think!

I had a fantastic experience here! The staff was outstanding, and I was treated with care! I had unsavory scares that I needed to cover up via tattoo. The tattoo covered my scars perfectly, 100%. I now have a newfound confidence! My experience and outcome was amazing! 10 out of 10!

Wild Ink itself is an adorable shop, and incredibly clean. I love the plants they have hanging around everywhere just to lighten up the area.I impulsively decided to have my Daith pieced. I was pretty scared by the process and pain, but Hayden calmed me down and was so gentle. She communicated to me the whole time on what to expect, and what she was doing. I’ll be coming back in the future once this heals for more work.Thanks Hayden! You’re so awesome!

Wow is all I can say. I'm 57 and just getting my 1st. tattoo. I was scared to death. I had booked Ronny from just seeing his reviews. He was fantastic. I tell you, he made me feel very comfortable by just talking which took me from thinking about the pain. I mean, it still hurt but time went fast on the account of him. This pain is tolerable, its not a pain to cry from. All the hype is at the beginning in just not really knowing how it will feel. I defiantly will be booking my 2nd tattoo through him. First time there, service was great, friendly, clean studio. Very professional. Got my piercing in a matter of minutes. I see a repeat visit in the future!!

Had the worst experience at Wild Ink Today. I went in with my sisters and cousin because we were waiting for a piercing and the customer service from the girl Britt at the front desk was horrible. First of all, we stood there waiting and she came out twice attending to everyone else but us. While she was filling out something I just asked a quick question if we have to fill out a form and what the wait time approximately was, and she responded well don't you see all these people here" very rudely. It was very uncalled for because we were inquiring due to the fact that we were waiting for quite a while.Would never go back here."

Went to get a piercing and the employee Britt was extremely rude and had a nasty attitude. She completely ignored my sisters and I and when we asked questions her attitude was horrifyingly rude. Customer service is absolutely trash! A message to the owner… maybe hire employees that are not rude to coloured people.

Hayden did my navel piercing and she was the sweetest!! She kept asking how I was feeling and made sure I was comfortable during my entire process. I would highly recommend her for piercings and would definitely be going back again!

Visited wild ink as a walk-in and it was a great experience. The interior is very clean and welcoming. Customer service is great, the person that did it was very knowledgeable and explained everything as she was doing it. I would definitely recommend it. 5 stars from me.

Wild ink is really nice it's clean in there good atmosphere people at the front desk are super-friendly very professional they know how to make you feel comfortable and welcomed, got four piercings done was pretty straightforward quick and easy. Will definitely be going back for my lobe piercings I highly recommend if you're looking for something
