Bottle Return Depot - Walnut Grove

Did I forget to mention that they actually ask you to count for them? Even if it's only 12 boxes of cans clear as day the lady will actually argue with you longer and get upset with you for not counting for her

Helped my senior father drop returns here helped him sort 3 trays of 24 bottles and he had 3 flats of 24 cans plus other stuff, just the trays and flats should of been 144 items, the receipt has only 98 item count. Call was told if you dont bring it up before you leave the counter to bad, so check your receipt when you get paid, double check it if your a senior and dont do the express there.

I tried to take my old treadmill there. Staff refused to accept it. The staff knew treadmill is acceptable as per various recycle website. But they don't care. The only electronics accepted are TV and computer.

Best service!!! They take almost everything too even electronics. Styrofoam, aerosol, and even ink jets now! The express service usually gets it done same day and I have my money following day! Yes small parking lot but because they don't lolly gag here, people are in and out pretty quick. Street parking too, more so on weekends as this one is in an industrial area so weekdays not much street parking.Thanks for making my recycling easier guys!

Experience was great fast and easy. I backed in near their gate and they provided the big white bin as pictured and I just smacked on a label on each bag and tossed it directly from the back of my vehicle into their bin. Then about 2 business days after I got an email asking me if I would like to e transfer or get mailed a cheque. I did the e transfer ofcourse and then it takes up 48 hours for that email to arrive. Which it did and I got about $80 for that big container I filled to the top. Process was fast easy simple and staff was very friendly.This will now be my future bottle depot just because of the ease and not having to count them myself or stand in a line etc.. they have the latest technology I think it's called return it express or something. Anyways way to go guys. 5 stars. See you again in a few months!

What can I say - it’s a bottle depot - smells awful but what can you do? You take your bottles here - then sort them according to type - make a quick count to make sure you get back what you need - then flag a person down and you’re all set - cash in hand as you wash your hands at the exit!

The location is not ideal for bottle depot, especially parking is too tight or not enough space available for customers. The staff seem always busy helping customers and moving around - without smiles. However, I do like how they have the opening entryway for the household recycling such as styrofoam, cardboard, electronics, paints and etc. so that you don't have to go through the main entry.When you come here for the actual bottle returning, there is enough space to organize yourself at your station, which is good. I never saw a customer complaining about the service they get so I guess that's good. If I see staff smiling at customers, I will give it 5-stars.

Quick and easy if you sort your returns yourself.

More then just bottles n cans. Wish they took oil but check the website for all the things you can return here
