I came here with my mom and got 4 suits here today because of a great eid discount! the staff were lovely and so helpful and trying there best with the large crowd that was there. Would recommend!

This store is amazing, they have a wide variety of beautiful dresses and the ladies working there are so wonderful. They’re always willing to help and are so friendly; the customer service is great.

This is a great store that offers various different options to choose from. The staff is extremely helpful and very kind. The type of customer service I always receive in this store is amazing. I always find what I’m looking for with the help of the friendly staff.

Very nice collection. I instantly started rummaging through the shelves after my eye catch the first couple suits. Lubna baji was so helpful and deligent she knew what I was looking for and quickly got me few options that had my attention in a giffy. She was honest and helped me out a lot. I bought 3 suits and will be returning for more. All kinds of price range is available. Although there isn't a standard sizing, some kurtis I fit large, some extra large the customer service is great.

I’m extremely disappointed in their customer service. We are shopping for Eid outfits for 2 people and have been coming to Kohinoor for many many years now. Their website says they’re open until 8 pm and we arrived at 6:45 only to find out they’re open until 7 pm during Ramadan. Not a big deal so we were working very fast to find something we liked. The entire time they were rushing us and breathing down our necks. We each found something we liked and tried it on and were ready to buy by 7:05. We tried to barter, but asked no more than twice to lower the price and ultimately we settled on a price. We’ve been accustomed to paying in debit to avoid taxes but she let us know they only accept cash now to avoid taxes. We asked whether we could go to the ATM nearby to get the cash and she said no because the store was closed now. We asked if she could hold it for us and we’d come in first thing tomorrow to purchase the two outfits, she said no because they don’t hold outfits. We then decided to leave as we weren’t willing to pay the price settled on plus tax. As we were leaving, the lady said “you people don’t buy anything, just waste my time”. That is extremely unprofessional and rude and left a very bad taste in our mouth. It was 7:10 pm at this point and while we’re sympathetic to Ramadan (we’re also fasting) and needing to break fast (around 8 pm today), that is no way to talk to and treat customers, especially those who have given thousands of dollars to your business over the years. We will not be returning, and will be suggesting our friends and family to never shop here again.

Really love shopping at Kohinoor. The staffs are extremely friendly and kind.Always honouring the extra discounted prices and helpful in finding sizes. I have been going to this store for years now and never have I come across any rude staff. Would highly recommend for affordable Pakistani ethnic clothing.
