Carolyns Floral Designs did an amazing job creating a beautiful gift for my special lady. She loved it and I am so thankful I was able to get her something special even though I’m unable to be there because of Covid restrictions.

My sister just sent me a photo of the birthday flowers I sent from Carolyn's. They look as good or better than the photo on the website. I've been ordering from here for years and they never disappoint!

I own a Flower shop in NB and chose this shop because of the rating , and I wasn't disappointed. The basket we ordered was made to specifically as asked and delivered early my son's birthday . Thank you so much if I could give a 10 star rating I would .

The flowers were absolutely beautiful, and they were delivered as promised. It was a wonderful surprise for her.

They delivered a beautiful arrangement and vase to my wife for her birthday while I am away for an extended period, but accidentally delivered them 1 week early. Despite my assurance that it was no problem and not to worry about it (I got to be first anyway!), they delivered another arrangement on her actual birthday free of charge. Appreciate the extra effort and will definitely support again!

I've ordered from Carolyn's at least a couple of times. The floral bouquets are always beautiful and fresh, and the free delivery is a big perk! Customer service is also fantastic. I recently called the shop when the arrangement that I wanted was unavailable for my requested delivery date on their website. I was thrilled when Carolyn's told me they could accommodate my order, and Gran was so happy with her Jumping for Joy bouquet! Thank you! ❤️

I ordered a beautiful autumn arrangement online from British Columbia for my mother. After doing some research I found Carolyns had the most competitive price, the flowers were fresh, the bouquet was full and beautiful! Love the simplicity of ordering online and the free delivery! I'll order again!

I normally do not leave reviews for businesses, even if I am unhappy with the service. However, I feel I need to leave an honest review as a heads up for future brides.I began contacting Carolyn's flowers about two months before my wedding. It was difficult to get a hold of Carolyn so I eventually went to the flower shop in person to place my order. We spoke in person and I confirmed my order with her.About 2 weeks before my wedding I called Carolyn to confirm everything was good to go. She told me she had cancelled my order because she had not hear from me. This was after I had called and emailed her 3-4 times prior. She said she would reinstate my order and that everything was a go for my wedding.A few days before my wedding day I went to Carolyn's and paid for my bouquet and confirmed with her that someone would be at the shop on my wedding day so that I could pick up my flowers. She promised a staff member would be there at 10 am sharp.On my wedding day, a family member arrives at Carolyn's and no one is there. He waits for an hour. Meanwhile, myself and my family are frantically trying to get ahold of Carolyn. Eventually, we bought a bouquet from Sobeys which was BEAUTFUL. And I was very grateful to Sobey's for their help.Around 11:30 an employee from Carolyn's called me and explained that she had a personal emergency and that is why she was not there. I felt bad for this poor person who was frantically calling me and apologizing profusely. Carolyn, as the owner of the shop should have stepped up, allowed her employee to take the time she needed, and contacted me herself.I requested a refund from Carolyn's flowers and have called repeatedly but have not heard back. I would not recommend this place.
