Carol is awesome. She did a fantastic job with our dog. I bet some dogs are more difficult to handle and that is why there was an issue. Anyway I am glad I found her, she can groom our baby anytime!

Had the worst experience I’ve ever received from any business here.I strongly recommend another groomer.I did receive an apology text from her hours later but I still will not be returning.

Carol does one dog at a time which mean is great since there's no crates stacked on each other and dogs in all day waiting to finish being groomed. She does a great job and clearly loves dogs.

Our dog was unfortunately nicked and cut during his grooming requiring a vet visit. His medical bills were covered and grooming fee refunded. We appreciate the business taking responsibility for their actions and working towards resolving the issue.

My dog was scheduled for an appointment, the lady in charge said that it would be fine and that she would be able to cut my dogs hair. Unfortunately when we arrived she said that my dog had to be 40 pounds or under. We then replied and said that my dog was 40 pounds, of which she disagreed. She then said that she could not cut the dogs hair. So now, I am looking for a new dog groomer, I can’t believe this happened.
