Do not recommend this place at all. I went here for an ICBC claim and this autobody shop convinced me to drop my hit and run claim with ICBC because they could fix the damage for less than my deductible. My damage was that the front driver side bumper clip was broken and instead of fixing it, they used glue to glue it back together. After a year, the glue has broken down and the bumper is back to what it used to be. At the same time they also took on my icbc claim of a read-end claim and they did not paint my bumper, they only wrapped it. After they return my vehicle to me, I told them my bumper looked like a slightly different colour than the rest of the car and they brushed it off; not the wrap they used is peeling off; It should have been painted. Very disappointed and now living in a different province so I can't even go back to them to fix.

Both Prem and Raj are amazing. The work was perfect, on time, and the mode of communication was great. More importantly, both are honest and helpful. There was an unnoticeable crack in the taillight. I didn't notice but they told me and even called me to come over to install it.

Amazing team! They fixed my vehicle quickly and left my car the cleanest it has ever been, inside & out. There was a minor miscommunication regarding the repairs, but the owner was very quick to resolve the issue fairly and was so great to deal with. 100% recommend.

When you're looking for a mechanic or autobody shop you want someone who is honest and reliable. Prem is that and more. I've gotten my car fixed twice from his body shop and both times were perfect. They are very, very busy (and for good reason) so sometimes you will have to wait for appointment, but they try their best to accommodate everyone. Go see Prem.

Had my first experience with this shop recently and I have to say Raj and his team at Surrey Autobody are amazing. The quality of work they output is insane and his communication went above and beyond expectations. I was in my first car accident last month and was completely overwhelmed by the process of repairs. On top of this I was stressed wondering if I had ruined the look of my car permanently.Raj fiercely advocated for me and made sure there were as little delays as possible with my insurance. By the time I received my car I couldn't believe that I was looking at the same one. Both my headlights (+the surrounding areas) that had been smashed in and the door panel that had dented and scuffed up looked brand new again. I didn't ask for this but they included a full detail of the car as well!!!The picture attached is what I saw when picking up the car after the work was completed. Highly recommend this place to others, they take care of you and do great work.
