Water Heater Rescue Vancouver

My power vented water heater suddenly stopped working and needed replacement. Water Heater Rescue was able to quickly give me quotes and options over the phone. Their prices were on par or better than other companies and they were able to install the heater sooner than other companies. Water Heater Rescue had great customer service, and also called me prior to the apt to offer to either come 30 minutes early or at the scheduled time, whichever I preferred. We now have hot water again and the price was exactly as they quoted.

We really appreciated how prompt and attentive the Water Heater Rescue folks are. Scott was the fellow who installed ours, and he did it quickly and efficiently and tidied up afterwards. He explained to me the details of our new water heater, some maintenance tips, how to set the temperature, anything I wanted to know. He was able to install it nearer to the wall than the original, so that we can finally use the storage space behind the heater. I would definitely recommend Water Heater Rescue to anyone, especially if you're new at this home-owning thing and are feeling intimidated by the process of having your unit replaced..

We had a leaking hot water tank. I called WaterHeaterRescue on a Sunday and appreciated a live person answering the phone and able to book an appointment to replace my leaking hot water tank the next day. Scott called and was able to come earlier. All was done efficiently and cleanly and the price was what was quoted. Very professional and they made it easy for me. I highly recommend them!

I called Water Heater Rescue after water seeped into my rental property. The water seemed to be backing up from a plugged drain outside the entrance. Water Heater Rescue quote me $39 for a plumber to come by and asses the problem. When the plumber arrived he indicted he would check the drain and several other for $200-$300 dollars, as I was not going to been site I advised him to call me if anything came up. He phoned about an hour later advising me the problem was solved and the suspect drain was one that was decommissioned and the problem drain was 4-5 inched away and covered in leaves. He also presented me with a bill for $400 for the work of scoping the other drains with his remote camera. He also started telling me that the drain tiles were 80 plus years old and in I would need to install a sump pump and hydro scrubber which would be costly. That was adding insult to injury as the drain titles were replaced just prior to my purchase of the home in 1999. I contacted the office and spoke to a lady there and after much back and forth they provided a refund of $50. It would seem ethical for the plumber to call me and advise me that the problem was due to the drain that was a few inches away and maybe ask if I wanted the other drains checked but I guess it does not work that way. they will definitely not be my choice for any other work I have done on either of my properties. After unsuccessfully trying to unclog my own shower drain ( i.e. breaking off some wire coat hanger in the drain), I decided to call a professional. Ashley was very friendly and professional on the phone and gave me an accurate quote for the fix. In hardly an hour from calling, Scott arrived and fixed my shower quickly and effectively. I am very pleased with everything about this service, as all involved were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again! :)

A series of plumbing problems arose between Christmas and New Year's that required immediate attention, especially since I had company staying at my home at the time. Service began with an estimate, which was very helpful, and indicated good faith. The plumber himself was not only efficient and skillful; he offered useful advice on maintenance, choosing plumbing fixtures in the future, and avoiding unnecessary expense. I heartily recommend this company, which combines efficiency with friendliness!

Can't say enough about the service I received from this company. Right from the phone call with Valerie to next day service with Scott replacing my old water heater. Friendly, professional, helpful and excellent value. Was so happy, Scott's coming back to replace kitchen faucet and garborator. Glad I found Water Heater Rescue though a Google search. They are awesome.

Jessica, the junior office manager, was friendly and professionally. She's very knowledgeable in answering all my questions. My original appointment was two days away, but she went far and beyond her duties to provide me with a quicker appointment and had my water tank installed in no time. I would recommend their service to anyone.

My experience with this company was really terrible. I called a plumber because I am a new mom with no time to fix a running toilet. I thought that by calling a professional it would be expensive but at least fast and pain free. This was NOT the case. After an initial call out and a part replacement totalling $180 the toilet was still running/not fixed. I was then invoiced for a second call out @ another $100 even though the problem was misdiagnosed the first time and I had already paid for a part and labour that didn't fix the toilet. Communication with the office was terrible and the plumber arrived outside of the stated time frame both times. I was told I would receive a quote for the second call out beforehand and didn't. The second invoice was a surprise. Overall, it was stressful, I'm out a bunch of money and my toilet is still broken! I do not recommend this company at all. They need a serious lesson in customer service.
