The woman who helped me was amazing and incredibly safety conscious then a male staff member walked in during my visit without a mask and when he finally put it on he kept it around his chin or under his nose the whole time I was in the store. Didn't feel like a safe space. I will look for an alternative next time. Didn't think the Running Room was anti-mask or would employé anti-mask employees. Love the shoes I got though.

I was disappointed. I went in expecting knowledgeable staff and support to find the best fit, however this was not my experience. I had read online about how they offer gait assessment and other supports to find the right shoe, they didn't. The sales person helping me informed me their shift was ending and another sales person would help me, however didn't share any information first. Frustrating to have to start all over again and have the 2nd sales person bring out shoes I had already tried. Really they were just bringing me any shoe in my size, not taking into consideration my foot or needs. Overall a very disappointing experience, I ended up purchasing running shoes elsewhere.

My husband and I had a very good experience at the Running Room on a Sunday morning. The guy who helped us was super knowledgeable, friendly, helpful & we made the right purchases (even though he appeared to be the only salesperson in the store & had to help multiple people). Thank you so much for all your help!

Absolutely, hands down the best place to get shoes. Staff listened and helped pick out the perfect shoes. Thanks to thus place and the staff I have great shoes and less back pain

Went into the store to get something that had good support for my bum foot, as this place was recommended by my doctor. People who came in after me got served, while I was standing there waiting for help. After a while I left the store without being approached by the staff.

I went in looking for a particular shoe, out of stock and didn’t know if they’d get more. That’s fine. I tried to explain what I was looking for and the girl just kept going on and I mentioned I liked the one she picked up so she said she’d grab a couple of sizes. Comes back out with a different shoe in a style I wasn’t looking for and wasn’t suitable to my needs. She didn’t even try and determine what the need was for.. I just gave up and left. Just a frustrating experience and likely won’t bother going back. Received better service at Play and was actually able to voice what I was looking for.

Unfortunately I can't give this store a good review as this is the second time I've had a negative experience. I recently went to the store looking for a particular style and color of Hoka slides that I saw on the RR website.I was told by the woman there that they didn't offer the color I was looking for and was quite sure of herself. I then went home and on Feb 7th ordered the color I wanted (it did exist). After inquiring a few times when my slides would be delivered to the store, I was advised on Feb 22nd that the store put my slides out and they were subsequently sold to someone else. Still the same poor store Management I experienced 10 years prior when they wouldn't honor the price shown on the display.
