I wanted to replace my track lighting fixtures and had already spent a great deal of time trying to find replacements for a brand that is seemingly no longer around. All the big box stores had 3-prong track fixtures, mine were two prong, so that didn't work either. Needless to say I was a little frustrated. That changed when I entered the store. I was very impressed with their alternative supply options, and staff were helpful and so knowledgeable about the track lighting. They helped me pick out something and put it on order. Installed a few weeks later, they look amazing and I'm very happy with the product. Thanks!

Great selection, good pricing, really nice people. After visiting several lighting stores, I went with Living Lighting Beaches for the prices and location. But even after the sale, when something I'd special ordered didn't look as good as I'd hoped, they refunded half the price, credited the other half, and helped me find a better solution (that the credit portion covered).

These guys have become my go-to for almost all of my lighting design needs. They have all sorts of luminaires; cool modern, tradionally classic, indoor and outdoor lighting at prices that are lower than what I've seen elsewhere. Stock stays up to date with the latest styles.They offer great designer discounts, too, so go with your designer! I like to brainstorm with the manager Mike, he knows his stock well and makes great suggestions.

We’re newer to the Beach and this has been our go to lighting store since moving. Very knowledgeable staff (shout out to Danielle, she’s the best!) and great selection. Also feels good to support a local biz!

All staff members are very knowledgeable and helpful. Norton is the owner and is a funny guy and experience in the industry. I only buy from this location as rhe service is one of a kind. Recommend anyone who is looking for unique lighting.

Recently bought a few fixtures here to go in our new reno. Sales people were very helpful. Got a price I was happy with and they arrived sooner than expected. When it came time for our electrician to install, one of the fixtures didn't work. I imagined this was going to be a huge headache, but no. Everyone was very reassuring that they would make good and they did. Even rushed delivery from Vancouver so installation could happen while the electrician was still on site. All fixtures are now working as they should. Thanks to all involved. Highly recommend.

Very poor customer service. I stood in the shop for 15 minutes at the counter. Though the staff definitely knew I was waiting to be served - they made eye contact and could clearly see me standing there the entire time - they didnt even have the courtesy to acknowledge me, or tell me that someone would be with me momentarily.It ended up being quicker and easier to go to another store all together.
