The front desk assistant was extremely condescending, I do not recommend this office and their lawyers.

Michael was very professional from the beginning of my experience with him. Being 20 years old this was a very stressful and scary experience for me but Michael made the process a breeze! He was there 24/7 for any questions i had! what made him stand above the rest is i had a court hearing, and being a first timer was not sure where to go/do... i was in the wrong place at the wrong time so i called him looking for guidance. When i contacted him, i found out his assistant handled the hearing for me!!! was great dealing with Michael and in the end he was able to get my charge dropped through email with the crown!! very thankful and would use his services again in a heart beat!!
