BC Towing have been towing for me whenever i have a breakdown since 2000 . He is always on time , friendly and charges reasonably. I personally trust him , so is my recommendation. Thank you.

They lie and say they will come and don't call when they are going to be late. They told me about an hour for someone to come. I said that was fine, we will wait. I got a call 30min later saying that someone was on their way. After 30min I called the person back as no one had come still. They apologized and said they were going to find out what happened. 15min later I got a call from a manager" who started to make excuses saying that they called another company to come to help us out and that we should be greatful they even did that. The manager spoke very rudely when talking about the towing truck not coming after over an hour of waiting. They originally quoted me just under $100 plus tax and then they changed it to $125 in the same conversation. When I spoke to the manager I requested a discount as we had already been waiting for 1.25 hrs for a tow to come and they were just sending someone out which would take another 30min to come. I was upset because the manager was speaking rudely and talking over me the whole time. I couldn't even believe I was speaking to a "manager". They said they couldn't lower the price because it was already a discount and I advised them that other tows charge around the same amount so its not a discount. They then told me that I should just call another tow then even though we had been waiting for over an hour already. They said the tow was on its way and I said fine we will wait. They then sent me a text and said they cancelled the tow. Very unprofessional. Don't recommend using them to get any type of help with your vehicle. Terrible service"

Thanks Satnam (BC Towing, Delta) for helping us out with the stuck U-Haul, twice tonight. No complaints whatsoever.
