I am a student that goes to school in Chilliwack however my girlfriend goes to school in Kamloops and I have a lot of subway gift cards so every time I come to Visit I stop by subway. There are a lot of subways in Kamloops I’ve been to all of them Ive had mostly average experience with some of the worst experiences at subway in Kamloopshowever this subway in the food court which I've visited four times now has the best customer service and well trained staff of all the subways they are always nice to the customers and the manager is very patient with trainees which I think reflects in the quality of service. Exceptional treatment and respect from these staff here everytime I go. They make my day

I go here on my break most days. The staff are incredibly nice and the food is always good. Mall locations are usually hit or miss but this one is awesome.

Manager was extremely rude. Restuarant was dead, and I accidentally forgot to ask for onions on my wrap after she had folded it. I knew it was a nuisance to ask so I apologized multiple times and asked nicely if it would be okay if she added them before she wrapped it up in the paper, and she was so rude about it. Slamming my wrap around, throwing things around and mumbling under her breathe.. my boyfriend and I didnt even know what to say. I never have reviewed anything before, but for some reason how rude she was to me after I was so polite and apologetic really bothered me. Yes I know this is a long review for a subway lol.

Super slow service, despite having 4-5 people working at a time only one is actually making the food. Also been going there from long time but the staff is so arrogant. And because of only 1 person making the food the others have to wait so long

Worst subway visit ever. Asked for a 3 cheese panni and was told no. I then ordered a bacon cheese panni and she threw the bacon and cheese on telling me it comes with no veggies or sauce so I couldn't have any. My boyfriend asked for extra mustard on his sandwich she ignored him completely. The guy who wrapped our food just kind of balled our food up in the paper, no cares given. Bad food, very bad service. Want subway? Go across the street the one on hillside is much better.

Incredibly rude employees who cannot communicate in either of our national languages. The employees “Dimple” and “Amal” had no concept of customer service and overcharged on child’s menu items. $10 for a grilled cheese of 6 inches of bread and 2 pieces of cheese and a water. Employees were argumentative and incredibly rude after trying to discuss the price that is always $5 every other subway. Location was dirty and unkempt. Never have I left a subway disgusted and insulted. Will never come here again.

In line just before closing and the ONLY employee was trying to get everything cleaned up and serving customers at the same time. I was super impressed by the positive and friendly attitude that she had even though you could tell that she was working so hard and running out of time! This person is an example of a model employee that any workplace could ever want. Thank you! I didn't get her name but 24th Feb 2022.

I ordered a gf bun there, and it broke. The entire thing crumpled and the employee there spoke so quietly I could hardly understand him.

I was at Subway yesterday June 21, 2021. Around lunch hour. I had the the best Sandwich Artist ever. I seen this guy, make a sandwich, acknowledge the next person, clean the station, throw his gloves, wash his hand and could see the smile in his eyes. Great job Subway. My 12 in tuna sub was great.

if I could give 0 stars i would, I asked for a pizza sub and as they were putting it in the toaster is when she told me they had no pizza sauce and they put the wrong bread
