We had a very positive experience working with Greg at Canopy Home Inspections. Greg responded in a timely way to our need for an inspection prior to putting in an offer on an older townhouse unit. His inspection was thorough and his report both on site and in a follow up written report provided us with a very clear picture of both smaller, immediate issues needing attention and some longer term concerns that may affect our unit and complex.
