The windshield on my van got cracked on the highway. The crack travelled from the top left corner, and all the way across.I had a bad experience with another vehicle using another glass company. I am picky and, my research led me to Titan Autoglass.I am happy with my windshield replacement. Customer service was amazing and there was no dashboard or paint damage to my vehicle.Thanks for your great service.

I had a vandal bash my side passenger window in last week....and Titan Glass came to the rescue. I called Laurysa and she reviewed what was required for my car, booked me an appointment, and gave me an estimate for the cost of the fix. She was efficient, friendly, and very knowledgeable. She had told me that the fix would take 3 hours. I dropped off the car at the appointed time, and was met with a smiling face and great courtesy. Off I went home to wait for my call. A little over an hour later the phone rang and the car was ready. The pick up went very smoothly, again. Friendly faces, and the cost was exactly what was quoted. The premise is neat and tidy, as are the technicians. A great experience... Highly recommended!

We needed a window fixed same day for a customers work van. Ice damaged the window. Our regular glass companys were unable to help us out. One call to Titan and they sent 2 fellas who fixed up the van and also cleaned the broken glass. We are located in Guelph and their speed and efficiency was amazing! Would be happy to use Titan again. Price was comparable to our competitors also.

Had to replace my windshield after a stone cracked half of it; after asking a few friends who were mechanics they all unanimously recommended titan. They got me an appointment very quickly; and were ready for me upon dropping off my car with my file on hand. They called after exactly how long they said they'd need to replace the windshield; and even took some extra time to clean my dirt covered work cars mats and dashboard. Their price was the best of a few different options i had called; and with a lifetime warranty i can wholeheartedly recommend them. I won't be going anywhere else if i do have problems with my windshield again.

Windshield replacement was completed on schedule as outlined when appointment was set up, no additional charges incurred and dash and floor were cleaned prior to vehicle pickup. Shuttle service provided. Drivers were friendly and prompt. Counter staff were professional and courteous both for dropoff and vehicle pickup. Other than the reason for having to come here in the first place, this was a good experience and this business is highly recommended
