Terrible made an appt on monday may29regarding what to do as i lost my front tooth get there at 9 told no dentist there was an emergency no one called me.I was stressed out let the hygenist clean my teeth .xrays booked me for the appt on wed may31 in winona totally out of my waycancelled .Decided to see another dentist closer.sent all info from binbrook to another dentist.Called today about free whitening she told me no as i cancelled my appt really? no dentist on monday then had the nerve to ask why would i want my teeth whitened when im missing a tooth.I asked to speak to her manager she said she was it and refused to give me a name of someone else to talk to im not letting this one go

A TRAUMATIC NIGHTMARE LIKE A SCENE FROM A HORROR MOVIE I WILL NEVER FORGET WITH DR SWAIDA! I was sent to the Binbrook location by the Hamilton location in order to have my wisdom teeth removed under sedation a service not offered on Hughson St. The dentist in Hamilton insisted I have them removed because she refused to fill a cavity in my wisdom tooth. I had the space for all four of my wisdom teeth. I did NOT need them removed for any purpose other than cavities. The only reason why I agreed to have them removed is because they offered sedation since my pain tolerance is very low. It hurts just for regular cleaning let alone have an extraction. I was never sedated I was wide awake. I even signed consent forms in case of an emergency while I was sedated that I gave them permission to do whatever the Doctor deemed necessary, I don’t know why I needed to sign this form as I was wide awake. I was screaming in pain because not only was I wide awake I did not receive any medication. They hooked me up to an IV which had a saline drip only. I was not given or administered drugs until during the procedure while I screamed in pain, crying that I was wide awake, please stop I am wide awake! I can feel everything! Can you believe the Doctors response was that I need to relax I’m not feeling pain and just pressure. I don’t know how you can tell me when I’m screaming in pain that what I’m feeling is not pain and only pressure. I’ve had a child via C-section. I know what PAIN versus pressure is! No one in that room respected the fact that I was in pain, in real pain and my pain was ignored. I felt everything! He pulled all four teeth. I felt every single tooth ripped out of my mouth. The only thing the doctor did was give me a very large needle trying to freeze the area as I screamed in pain. The process for every tooth went as follows; he first tried to rip it out I screamed in pain; then he got a needle shoved it under the tooth, which was also excruciating, and then continued to rip my tooth out. He didn’t freeze before pulling every tooth. He pulled first then froze then pulled again. I believe somebody administered some sort of drug while I was screaming because I didn’t pass out until I got home. I was even told I had to arrange for someone to pick me up because I wouldn’t be able to drive after being sedated, I could’ve drove myself home no problem. My brother picked me up and immediately said I looked frustrated and angry, which I was it wasn’t until I got home (a 25 minute drive btw) that I passed out either from the adrenaline wearing off or the medication finally kicking in. It was the most terrifying experience I have ever had I have not been to the dentist since simply because I’m traumatized. I filed a complaint with the dental college. This happened in 2020 and nothing has come of it. It is still under review nearly 3 years later this is unacceptable, I highly recommend everyone GO SOMEWHERE ELSE for any major dental work. The sad part is that wasn’t even my home dental office my home dental office was the one on Hughson Street in Hamilton. No one reached out to see how it went. No one apologized for what happened. They simply turned a blind eye, and acted like I didn’t exist. I guess after they received the complaint from the dental college, they wanted nothing to do with me.

I've had some terrible experiences at dentists over the last 15 years, but my appointment with Dr. Mena wasn't one of them! I tend to get very anxious for dentist appointments, but Dr. Mena was calm, friendly, made sure I didn't feel any pain and fixed an ongoing problem (food trap) I was having the last 6 years that other dentists were unable to resolve. It was the best experience I've had in the last 15 years. Highly recommend.

Always a pleasant experience at this location with the dental hygieniest that keeps me occupied with conversation to distract from my overall dislike around the dentist. Great spot, would recommend even though it's gross thinking of the same tools being used on all of us...

10/10 experience every time! All the staff are so friendly. My family and I go there and my girls are so comfortable. I can’t recommend them enough. They are extremely kind, caring and knowledgeable. Every hygienist we’ve had when we go has always provided gentle and efficient dental services. It is actually a pleasure to go the dentist when you go here! The front desk staff are extremely kind and helpful. The office is clean and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Came here from Barrie for 2nd opinion after recommendation from existing client. I was concerned as the office was far away, but i left extremely pleased. The intake form was very in-depth, which i enjoyed as it asked very specific questions that helped the staff with examining me and made the process that much faster and easier to explain. They were extremely accommodating with my medical condition (which no dentist wanted to do in Barrie). My treatment options were explained. I was very shocked how it was just basic stuff that needed to be changed, and no extraction of teeth needed to happen (which is what i was told is the only option for me in Barrie). I dont even mind the 407 bill at this point as it was well worth it. The office is high-tech and very clean. Staff is happy and professional (you can tell they love their job). Thank you & i look forward to many more years at this clinic.
