Avni & and the rest of the team at S&S Lawyers were extremely helpful throughout the process of closing on my property. Not only were they timely in responding to enquires they were able to ensure my closing was completed on time without any issues. I will definitely be using their services again for the near future.

My sincere recommendation, please do not appoint these lawyers for any of your real estate dealings. These guys didn't even tell me about the lien on the property for the furnace. It was under a 7 year contract by the previous owners and these people snuck those papers on the bundle and never explained about the contract. Also, never helped any on the transfers / hand over on the keys and many other small details. On the whole, it was a complete mess by these people on my closure. It is been 1 year since my closure. Still I am feeling bad for engaging these guys for my deal. The documentation also wasn't delivered as per the discussion. I will never look to these guys for anything and wouldn't recommend them to any of my friends.I am Feeling very bad that I don't have an option to rate negative stars.
