Poor customer service. Did not hold to their word. Will NEVER do business with them again.Custom ordered cups. With logo. Live chat assured me everything was done correctly. They did say (after I received blank cups) that they would print the logo on the cups. Just return them. They would take care of everything including shipping however that was not the case.

There is a free sample form on the website, I filled it out. Stated what I wanted with my address. After many back and forth emails I was saddened to be told they could not ship my samples for less than $57. From Toronto to AB. I suggested that 2 cups and lids plus a gelato cup and lid should not cost $57 when a Canada Post flat rate box is $15. They do not use Canada post and will not accommodate my sample request unless I pay $57. No solution offered, they can not accommodate me. Trying to support Canadian company, thank you Michael for wasting my time.

We were looking for custom printed cups for our company event and this service is great for being able to order smaller amounts like 100-500 and not having to commit to 1,000 or 5,000 minimum. I worked with Bin who was very helpful, accommodating and responsive to emails.
