Been going here for years and decided it is finally time to go someplace else. Just because it says Mazda" do not expect to have the best inspection and to be serviced with original parts.Here are my comments:- They charge $90 for a software update

I had a check engine in my new mazda. I dropped the car and at the same time mazda gave me a different car to use. Amazing service!!!

1, Every time when I query about the car problem, they always tell me “tow your car to our store, we will check for you”, and do not give any helpful suggestions. For most cases, I found they are only small issues after I queried other auto repair store. 2, Push me to do maintenance service every 4 months (I thought 6 months of maintenance interval is enough If I drive less than 5000km or even less). 3, I booked to replace oil and they upgraded it to other services with extra charge. 4, The good thing is they will wash and clean your car if you choose to do maintenance there , and I really appreciate this.

I have been a Mazda owner for many years (6, 3, CX5). And recently bought my second Mazda6 from showroom at OpenRoad Mazda in Port Moody, BC. Matt Petersen helped us with the purchase. We received excellent customer service from Matt and the staff at the dealership. When we picked up the vehicle, it was covered in a private area behind glass doors in the showroom with a sign that said Prepared Exclusively for ...- Congratulations!" We had bought new vehicles in the past and this is the first time we experienced this treatment. We felt like valued customers with the service we received. It was great! Amazing

Everyone that works in this location is a prime example of exceptional customer service. The last 5 years dealing with Mazda in general has been a great experience. Even though I'm not getting into a brand new vehicle today doesn't mean I wont in the future, this is the dealership I will go with. I strongly recommend them to others as well .

Went for routine maintenance. Service was good and they were upfront about the price, but they put my car through a touch car wash machine and messed up the tow hook license plate holder and paint. They also didn't rotate the tires despite the mileage saying that the tread was okay, which I'm not sure is normal.
