I found HT Pneumatic on the Ingersoll Rand website as one of their parts distributors. I gave them a call and someone picked up right away. The woman I spoke with was very helpful with finding me the right part for my impact wrench. They took my credit card info and shipped the part out the same day, I received it the next day and it was exactly what I was looking for. Very very pleased with their service. Highly recommend!!

My last few experiences have not been good.Nothing is ever warranty even after they just charged me to repair a air sander and had the same problem , they proceeded to tell me how to fix it myself.Last time I send anything in for repair there
