Next up coaching is life changing! Alex has a way of somehow always knowing exactly what to say and exactly what people need to hear. She has a really great perspective and was able to help me zoom out, and get me out of my own head and see the big picture. I really couldn't have asked for a better Coach than Alex. When we started our first session, I told her I was at rock bottom mentally. For real, those exact words.
