I write this 5-star review for Tyson at Harmony HVAC from the comfort of my refreshingly cool living room. During an unprecedented heat wave, on one of the hottest days of the year, our AC unit stopped working completely. Very quickly the inside temperature reached over 30 degrees Celsius with outside temperatures reaching over 40 degrees Celsius. We called every HVAC service from Vernon to Penticton and Tyson was one of the only professionals to even respond. He committed to coming out within 24 hours while the other two technicians who did respond could not fit us in until July 9 (a full week and a half after losing AC). I am 32 weeks pregnant with my third child with a four-year-old and 18-month-old and was quite anxious about us all staying well and avoiding any health complications related to the extreme heat. Despite working the overtime hours, Tyson was happy to accommodate us and made the service call the very next day. After a full working day repairing many AC units, he arrived at our house at 10:00pm. How anyone still has a professional and compassionate attitude at that late hour amazes me. I am so grateful for his willingness to act with urgency and follow through on his commitment to stop by -- despite how late it turned out to be by the time he was finished other calls. I would highly recommend Tyson for any HVAC services. And though his service, price, product knowledge and expertise were second to none -- it was his humility, compassion and understanding that impressed me most. Thank you, Tyson.

I've had to call Tyson a few times to look after the air conditioning in the summer and the furnace now on the cusp of fall. Fast, friendly, and knows what he's doing. Service goes above and beyond. Thanks Tyson!

Tyson was incredible, he came over on a Saturday night of a long weekend to fix our AC unit that wasn’t kicking out any cold air, during a heatwave. He was friendly and easy to understand and work with. His approach was professional and thorough.Would highly recommend!!

To say that Tyson is committed to keeping his customers happy is an understatement. Harmony HVAC is clearly a customer service-based business – nothing was transactional about my experience whatsoever. Yesterday my AC unit went down, during an unforgivable heatwave, I was hosting family members, including 2 children under 4 and a pregnant daughter, from Vancouver and felt awful that they would be experiencing the full Okanagan heat from the living room couch. Tyson was the only professional that offered to help. Every other service I called was not able to fit us in until the end of the following week. When Tyson gave me his word that he would stop by after his scheduled work day, I had reservations that he would follow through as promised. However, Tyson reassured me with consistent communication throughout the day, and asked if a late night call was okay with me. His commitment and follow through completely restored my faith in great customer service. Tyson arrived around 10 pm after a full working day and provided full service of the AC unit, upgraded the components, topped up the coolant and stayed long enough to make sure it was operational. Before he left, the temperature had already dropped 2 degrees and cooled to the set temperature by the morning. After a great night's sleep, we can now rest easy knowing that our vacation rental will have fully operational AC for the next visitors planning their summer Okanagan getaway. I would highly recommend Tyson for any HVAC related services and appreciate his dedication to providing an excellent customer experience.

Thanks Tyson, for a job well done. You even gave me a tour of the new system when you finished your install. Your work was excellent and absolutely no mess left behind ! You installed a new thermostat and programmed it,too. That was much appreciated. Also, thanks for the discount. A job well done.

We called in Tyson to when our furnace stopped working one morning. He was at our place within a few hours. We decided to go with a whole new system but he gave us options. Created a workaround that bought us time to make a decision. Didn't try to sell us one anything that we didn't need. Just gave us the facts. He even tied up loose ends from previous contractors as he did the work.Highly recommend and we will call him again if needed.

Tyson did an excellent job installing my new gas heater. He worked very hard, explained everything to me ,quoted very fairly and was respectful of my home. I would highly recommend him!
