Staff were not carring about presentation of the product as if they just don't care about the customer no smiles not even polite the food eventhou it wasn't presented properly tasted ok like I wouldn't run out to get it again tomorrow but it was edible

Wildly dissapointed. Miscommunication between workers, forgot an item in our order and even gave us RAW chicken. Called to complain and their phone goes straight to voicemail, due to the location being closed 'until January 2nd' even though it's the 12th. Get better, please. Will not be returning.

If I had known it would have been this horribly disorganised I wouldn't have come. I went inside as the drive thru was packed had about 8 customers in front of me waited over 20 min to get one Blizzard. I'd say about 10 employees making the sloth in Zootopia look fast. Faster to walk into a grocery store and cheaper

Very sweet employees. Ordered my Blizzard and asked if they have a dog size plain soft serve. They happily said yes. When we got to the window the young girl working seen my dog, Bianca, and asked if she could top her ice cream with a dog biscuit! Such a sweet gesture which my dog of course absolutely loved! Thank you for making our visit a little more special.
